Can anyone tell me if you can freeze these please? or how long they'll keep in the fridge? OH bought a pack at Morrisons a couple of days ago, ate a few, now the rest are stinking out the fridge.
I don't like them, so if I froze them he could have a few next time he has curry...or should I just throw them out? Thanks for any advice.:)The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.
Thanks to everyone who contributes to this wonderful forum. I'm very grateful for the guidance and friendliness that I always receive from you.

I just throw them in a bag in the freezer, and cook them in the oven or let them defrost and grill them to heat. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

They freeze well. I try to open freeze them before bagging them up, so that they don't all stick together in a clump and I can lift a few out at a time. I normally cook them from frozen. Hot oven takes 10-15 minutes.

If you add icing sugar it will make it sweet, honey might make it too runny or might be fine, depending on what you want to use it for.
This thread has lots of ideas that might help:
what can i do with creme fraiche

it depends what you mean you can get pork steaks that are abit like bacon, i would grill these then add a fried egg and chips like gammon (soooo unhealthy but yummy) or if it's chops i would throw them in the showcooker (if you don't have one then i'd wrap in tin foil for 30mins then open for 10min) with honey, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes and serve with buttery mash peas and sweetcorn - i love pork chops and gammon :rotfl:
oh and make gravy from teh stock it it's chops the honey makes it lovely and sweetDEC GC £463.67/£450

Hi sam,
I find pork can sometimes be a bit dry so I grill the chops until they are slightly underdone. While they're grilling mix some grated cheese, English mustard and a little double cream to make a thick paste. Put a small dollop of the paste on each chop and finish them off uncovered in the oven. Keep a close eye on them though as the cheese mix can burn easily.
They are also good in a casserole (or slow cooker). Brown them first, add onions, potatoes, veg, garlic, and whatever herbs and seasoning you fancy. Sliced apple and/or cider work well in pork casseroles.
If just grilling them I serve them with seasonal vegetables and mash with a caramelised onion gravy.

Pork steaks / cubes need using up
