I've got some great recipes for the OH low-carb diabetic diet, and we could really do with trying them. Unfortunately they are from a girl who cooks with a microwave...and I don't.
Is there anywhere that will convert the times to a normal oven ? Ie
20 mins on full power
8 mins on half power
Please ?!0 -
Hi Maradatha
Can you give us an example of a recipe? I would just guess and use my initiative to be honest.... I know that's not what you were looking for....

What's the difference? Will be making fudge as Christmas gifts, but don't know what the difference between them is?
Thanks guysA smile costs little but creates much

Condensed milk is the one you want for fudge, it has a lot of added sugar and is insanely sweet (and yummy!). It has a slightly thicker consistency than evaporated milk.
Evaporated milk doesn't have any added sugar, but is naturally a bit sweet. It is closest in taste to a combination of cream and sterilised milk, and can be used instead of cream in some dishes.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0 -
