I've got some great recipes for the OH low-carb diabetic diet, and we could really do with trying them. Unfortunately they are from a girl who cooks with a microwave...and I don't.
Is there anywhere that will convert the times to a normal oven ? Ie

    Hi Maradatha

Can you give us an example of a recipe? I would just guess and use my initiative to be honest.... I know that's not what you were looking for....

Condensed milk is the one you want for fudge, it has a lot of added sugar and is insanely sweet (and yummy!). It has a slightly thicker consistency than evaporated milk.

Evaporated milk doesn't have any added sugar, but is naturally a bit sweet. It is closest in taste to a combination of cream and sterilised milk, and can be used instead of cream in some dishes.
    Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!
