fader!!! I hate Weetabix like other people hate marmite, well actually I hate marmite too! That's why I got the cheappy ones, I've done the fruit cake and it was nice, and keep meaning to try this so we'll see. The wet mix looks good, and DS2 loves all things chocolate so at least he'll get a bit of fibre sneaked in!
Ten minutes to go, best get the kettle on soon.:)

Zippity doo-dah, they are delicious, a bit crunchy /chewy and less rich than the normal egg based batter. Definitely a keeper. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0

I know I'm a keeper, but what about the weetabix bread?!:p
(yolking, will have to add it to my list of things to try now!)A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

When someone asks for a recipe etc...... which you've covered in a post on your personal blog - is it all right to post the link to the recipe?
I know that there was a bit of a kerfuffle (sp?) about links (in the threads) to personal sites/blogs so wanted to ask. People ask me for recipes that I've put in menu plans etc.... and being the lazy sortI'd rather post a link than type out the recipe.
BG's?? Are ya there?? :rotfl:0 -
Hi Kaedee
Good question and we appreciate you asking
The thread on updated rules is here and the definitive post which answers your question is here . So as a BG, we are asked to delete posts in which members reference their own blogs.
you can always copy and paste the recipes (as long as they are not copyrighted)? If you need help with that just shout - sorry, don't want to assume to teach you to suck eggs!:o:p (oh and Jackie, my birthday is 3rd November:rotfl:)
Earlier today someone referenced their blog and after a pm request they kindly removed it as the rest of their post was useful and informative:AA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

I would think almost 6 hours on high would be too high too long Jinks?! I would do one hour high, then low for the rest meself. Anytime I have used the high setting, I have incinerated stuff:rotfl::oA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
