Anyway, if I'd seen this I'd have agreed with zippy, but do tell us how they were, after how long, on what heat? And what else was in with them? I don't cook duck often, but the odd chicken leg can't be much different.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

zips, they will take twenty minutes in a hot oven or under the grill so unless you want to make them into a casserole type thingy just zap them as it will probably be more economical.

A few weeks ago went to the butchers and bought some neck of lamb. he said he didnt have any fresh , so he went to the freezer and got some frozen out. My question is would the frozen lamb have weighed more than the fresh, if he would have had some? It seems to me that anything in the freezer weighs more than in the fridge. The Butcher did say though that it weighs the same.
