Well our weezl - having the "anxious gene" - I guess I just try and remember that thats what has made me a "future thinker" (ie orientated to the future). I have a theory that some people are past-oriented (20%?), most are present-oriented and a small minority of us are future-oriented (5%?). But the ones most likely to plan for the future (ie beyond the max. standard 3 year timespan) are the future-oriented ones and less bad stuff happens to us because we have anticipated it and put preventative measures in place as far as possible:D.

Hmmm.....thinks...our Weezl would also be "at home" in Transition Town things....where future-oriented people predominate by definition.....(ie the "how are we all going to live/thrive after Peak Oil?" as the basic mindset):D. Your "place" would obviously be the "Food Group";)....(yay! plug...."our" film is out soon for all to watch online for free at 1.45pm, Saturday, 23 May).
    (about it and link on:

the 4 May post - currently on page 2 entitled "The Online Premiere of IN TRANSITION")

Congrats on Fergus finally letting his tired parents get a decent nights sleep . There ya go - told you hes probably an intelligent young man - think he's learnt that lesson pretty quickly isnt it?

isom the cake can be done for 30p a slice if you make 10 slices (she says it serves 8-10) but you'd use bournville chocolate and the asda mega bag of sugar to get it at that price;)

any minute now she'll be reminding you that she wants another fotee of Fergus in nappies:D

ISOM; Have you got enough photos of Fergus yet to be able to "paper" at least one wall with them? or are there still just a couple of tiny gaps?:D

    Bottesford.. same here.

Have found a nice looking lemon cake recipe on the ww 'pay' site - 4 pts for a good sized sliced. I'll give it a go later on in the week and [edit] let you folks know if it's tasty :D *wink wink, nudge nudge* [/edit]

(WW meetings - an expensive necessity for me  I've tried time and time again to just diet on my own at home and it just doesn't work. So having to suck up and pay the £18/month).
