Juliejim re the CC (sounds like Barcl4ys if it's 9th - got lots, me!) I bank online and have a facility where I can put in a payment to be deducted at a future date...just do the amount and date - or you could set up a DD for the minimum then that's always paid. In an effort to be organised I have set up two payments to come out on payday which is earlier han necessary - but any payment made early reduces interest. ATM I have 3 :o one of which is interest free (bank already mentioned), and two I am paying off on, s-l-o-w-l-y I would add 'em up and put the total on my siggy but then I'd be even more depressed...mind you one of them is under £200 so with a bit of effort I will defo have cleared before xmas...

I do normally - which is why I'd put it by the side of the PC ready to do:o but then I must have put something else on top of it and forgotten about it!

Yes please Rach - just going to put the kettle on as I've just got up and OH has just left to go to the outside shooting range today as the weather is so nice.

I feel full of cold this morning, so it's a good job we couldn't meet Froddington as I wouldn't have wanted to pass on bugs.

The link you gave me pigpen sounds much more plausible, although having not seen her rash etc, I can't be certain, but at least I won't be seein her for a while as she now doesn't live at my Mum and Dad's, and we only go round there once a week (Fridays for dinner). Hopefully the ABs will kick in soon and she'll start to get better. I hope I don't catch it, cos I have real problems with ABs, in that I'm allergic to a few of them.

Well I'm sat here in pjs and OH forgot to put what he needed for his lunches on the shopping list again, so I'll have to pay a visit to the supermarket today. I have to remind him every week! Never mind, I've decided to try and make soup today using 1kg of carrots that I bought for 19p at Mr T on Friday night. Carrot and coriander soup for lunch this week for me - yummy yummy, and so I'll need to buy some coriander anyway.

Off I go to dig out some breakfast to accompany Rach's coffee.

    Hi,

Ive been absent from this thread for a couple of weeks, and it definetly shows in my house.

On Friday, I was talking to one of my sisters neighbours, and she was explaining that she got her 2 front rooms done, and asked if me and my sis wanted to see it, OMG, it is gorgeous, she has really spent alot of time, thought into it. Or course when i got home, Im so down because my house is a tip, the stuff ive got in it is okay, but, its a tip, but, I never seem to find the time to get things done, and whenever I do, the kids especially the youngest (the little rascal), just brings all his toys downstairs and its a mess again.

Anyway, I vow to come back tomorrow and start afresh, only thing is, im working tomorrow, and once ive prepared dinner, cleared away dishes etc, I dont have the time to start. How does everyone else find the time to get these things done when working? Do you just leave the bigger, more time consuming jobs until your not working?

    Jackie
