I've won the battle with the ironing mountain I've been tackling slowly for 2 weeks:j Now its just the non-iron washing mountain I need to tackle. Most of which will be done tomorrow :D

Just going to finish watching Blade Trinity and then I'm off to bed.

  • Hello ladies

Wow I cant believe its so late

Havent been in since Thursday evening so its taken ages to catch up on including flying so replies that I make could be 2 days old so apologies

DeniseNZ – they weren’t mike smilie links they were sorry cant remember if it was soappie or sexymouse but they’re here http://smileys.on-my-web.com/categorie-Laughing.html and http://www.mylittlebean.com/forums/misc.php?do=showsmilies

Michelle – hope you having a good weekend

Triker – hope you got over the asthma attack – I’ve seen some bad ones so know how distressing it can be for those around the patient. Well done on the weight loss.

Lilme – hope your DP’s work picks up and that you don’t have to make too many cutbacks, well done for being so organised about it though.

Shell2001 – nice to see you back. I was only wondering the other day if you were back from Spain. How is your mum doing? Hope the job is going well and fitting in around the girls

Rach – Hope the walk went well

Kindlesgirl – where abouts in the wild and woolly nfk are you

Lilme – presents for little Matthew, the only thing I can think of would be something my grandad gave my DS for his first which was a gold sovereign (but I have no idea how much one would be). As he is now passed away I intend having it put into some kind of gold mount for his 18th, either to be worn in a ring or on a chain.

Hollyh – the toddlers did really well with their sponsoredbounce

Polkadot – the Macmillan function will be a really good way for promoting your cake decorating – good luck with it

Nicki – well done on completing the essay

Pigpen – that’s so annoying that the surgery couldn’t get their act together, bet you were spitting feathers.
Glad I wasn’t the only one who didn’t know what the blow-your-nose was. You have some fantastic expressions, guess it goes with the never a dull moment in the pigpen household

Valli – cant believe your lad forgot his keys again – wouldn’t want to be in his shoes.
Sounds like you had a good night out

Prettypennies glad you feeling better and back to flying

Wow Triker – you did loads yesterday

Mudbath – well done on the case studies

    Boddy glad jake is back

Polka – your little one sounds like a real gem, they are just so cute and so funny at that age. My little lad is now 16 and 5’10 or 11” but I still remember the little 2 and half year old who wanted his bottle from the Milkrowave

Tia – the corner suite is lovely, that’s the next big thing on my shopping list – oh along with a new kitchen and bathroom!!

Valli – I keep all my receipts for everything, neatly filed in an envelope for each month, that way if I’ve bought anything that goes wrong that has a guarantee for a year I look on the computer to find when I bought it and then go and find it in the envelope – embarrassed now

Sexymouse – fingers corssed its not german measles

    Well done rach

Soappie – I think I know that roundabout. When we did our amb driving course I think they they took us there several times. I HATED it with a passion.

Have had 2 more no flying days as still felt like pap yesterday and this morning woke up with a headache again for the third day in a row. Pleased to say its gone now and it either went of its own accord or it was down to that forehead stuff you rub on.
Had a morning in town with OH (for a change) and DD then we went to out of town stores and picked up some stuff to repair the cloakroom toilet cistern as it was leaking, looked at a new PC which we cant decide which to have (ours is soooo on its last legs) and then came back and did the food shop while he repaired said loo.

The kitchen is still a mess as we had no water when we came in so couldn’t get on and after tea just wanted to chill as got to be at work in the morning at 8 for 4 hours!!!

Right I better post and go as I still have to get my work stuff dry to wear in the morning. Hopefully catch up tomorrow (that’s with you guys as the lists will come around again this week)

Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Could be that the rash is just a heat rash or something from her fever.

It could be related to a throat infection.. in fact it is very likely that is all it is.. Try this here linkypoop.. Does that sound more likely??

I hope she feels better soon!!

Has anyone any experience of magnetic bracelets for pain? I bought a one today because it was very pretty and my hand has been killing me. Anyway, I put it on not thinking it would really help the pain and the pain went. How and why and is it a coincidence? Very odd!

You know how I love to be different.. well... I got one feelign it might help with my wrist/hand pain and it contained high levels of nickel and I came out in a massive rash...

    Morning all.

Slept like a babe last night. And I think I must have been snoring - I've woken up with a dry mouth as though it's been open half the night.

Weather looks like it'll be good again so I think I'll do one hours work then get some washing done before doing some more work.
