Thanks Mudbath and Valli for your replies. I guess I will just have to come on this thread a bit more often for encouragement. Im working tomorrow, so, im going to try to do quite a bit today, then tomorrow it will just be the usual S&S, and the same on Tuesday, From Wednesday onwards I can do it properly.

    Jackie.

P.S How do you put a line through the things you have done., I know its something to do with the strike button, but whenever I press that it just says strike strike!

Bet this has been answered but highlight what you want to strike THEN press strike - I had to ask too hun!

    Cooooeeeee hello everyone :)

Came home earlier this weekend, DS2 wanted to go out on the quads and have soooo much I need to get done at home, thought it pointless to go back after bringing him home. Have set a washer load and dishwasher load off, made sandwiches to take up the track for them so going to drive up as soon as the washer/dishwasher is finished.

Kaz, thanks for the suggestion, that's a lovely idea actually, just struggling to think what to buy him, going to have a chat with his Mam about it.

Right, going to vacuum while this washers on as there is soooooo much dog hair on the floor, Megan's coat must be changing again.
One day I might be more organised...........

  • Hi everyone.
Well today will be a busy afternoon after my long lie- here is my list :
    Own list
    - make more Christmas cards
    - put away dry clothes- tomorrow once more are dry
    - [strike]make biscuits or cookies- made lots[/strike]
    - sort kitchen cleaning cupboard as shelf collapsed.
    - clean kitchen units/surfaces
    - wash x 2- [strike]1 done[/strike]
    - hang out x 2
    - dust living room and hall
    - dust upstairs
    - clean bathrooms
    - do some hoovering
    - clean kitchen floor
    - book library books out for another wee while
The reason there is so much is that I will be quite busy this week and so only expect to get level 1 (or some 2's) done with the Flylady lists each day. Its a good washing day and also the kitchen shelf collapsed in cleaning cupboard so thats why that is on the list.
Anyone up for a HHC starting 1245 ?
    xx

My HHC ended up being an hour but even my headache has almost gone and I've made a lot of progress so I'm pleased

WM – clothes all now on airer
    WM – towels & cloths
    WM bedding is on!
    Water plants
Bedroom – strip bed, change to thicker duvet, wipe surfaces, get DH to move his carp, hoover, tidy clothes rack
Bathroom – loo, tiles, bath, sink, shelf
Kitchen - S&S, wash up, sweep floor
Lounge – tidy coffee table, hoover,

So just the bedroom to do later. and hang the washing as I go!
