  • Spider update - My Mum is my hero, she hoovered it up for me.

    it was really big. I ran away from the hoover afterwards.

    and I nearly cried.

    I am going to buy a broom. I can get rid of them with a broom.

    Thanks, I was beginning to think I was just being a mean old cow. Of course all of her friends parents are letting them do it. *rolling eyes smiley* I just told her to go and get adopted by them then, because they obviously have more money than sense.

    Buffy you could get one of those sucky-up-spider thingys - not as big as a broom. and male pal that had one thought it was wonderful (he convinced any visiting females it was all to do with ecological balance and not fear of crawley things).

    I have thought about one of them
    but the thought of a spider escaping and running towards me .....arghhhhhhhhhhh

    apparently they work really well! Imagine your OH's face if I turned up with 9 yr old to do his job though...might convince him to behave and do it with less fuss!
