Thank you all for your lovely comments. Have written to them - there was only a postal address, so I had to brush up my letter writing skills

if you look at your keyboard there is a button in the top right hand corner area that says "Prt Sc" or "print screen" basically press that and that copies whatever is on your screen then you can paste it somewhere on your pc probably a word document is best
