it's been 2 weeks and I haven't had my winnings yet, but most people seem to have gotten them in under that time?

I initially mailed [EMAIL="enquiries@houseofswan.com"]enquiries@houseofswan.com[/EMAIL] but that email bounced back immediately - though I'd hope they had fixed it by now.
I then mailed Heather and Nick at Mason Williams PR who were very quick to respond and pass on my email to their contacts at Swedish Match. I didn't hear anything more until I got the cheque in the post.
