Just won £50 on Swan Jackpot (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1145123&highlight=swan) on just my 3rd go. Couldn't believe it!

Then went to confirm my postal address I got loads of database errors! Arghhh - not sure what to do now, I did have to enter my name and email address beforehand, so hopefully it has recorded that I did win. Though if the database is not working properly, that may be gone too

Or it could be that the win was a symptom of the system going haywire, so would not be honoured anyway. Can't find an email address to contact them on - only contact is a postal address...

REally makes me a bit sceptical to use it... imagine if you won £1000 and then lost it!

hi gypsy rose had this issue last night, she wrote to them from the deatils in the tncs and is including time and amount of win xxxx fingers crossed for u both xxx
