Think there is something dodgy about this site because it states only one entry per day but allows you unlimited tries. I don't think it's working properly.

I've mailed them as well (after trying the email address in Contact Us - and yep, it bounced!) as I don't trust the letter not to just disappear into a PO Box and never be seen again.

I never found the Contact Us section initially as I was on the swanjackpot.com site - seemed a real nuisance to not have an email address in the T&Cs! And I never thought to look at the main Swan site...

Cheers for the email addresses, RockGypsy - fingers crossed we'll all get some progress on this. Am hesitant of trying the site in the meantime...
