I have just seen your posts about refunding, shocking!! I am not sure if we will receive these now. I have checked my emails and I have not received anything from them. My money has been taken from my card and I have a despatch email saying that my tv/dvd will be delivered between 7am and 7pm on Tuesday 16th September. I ordered mine on Friday 12th September around 6pm has anyone else had the cancellation email from this date and before???

Also got the canceled email but no money had been taken.. but for those whose it was, i'd contact them as the def should have honoured it. I haven't checked the T&C but most companies will honour it if they made a mistake. I've had misprices in currys before and they did.
I'll keep an eye on this thread, incase anything changes.

Mine also cancelled - ordered 12th and due for delivery tomorrow..they took money on the 13th - not creditted yet

I've just sent them an email complaining about the cancellation of my order. They seem to have based it on the fact that the discount voucher was "out of date" and "invalid". Well it certainly wasn't invalid as their system accepted it, and as far as I could see there was no date on the voucher so how is it out of date?

They had also taken my money which I thought meant that we had entered into a legally binding contract??

Anyway will let you know what happens. Thought it was worth complaining even if I don't get anywhere.

I think if your order is still showing as ongoing on their system you should get it, we will see shortly as On my order it states

You may get it as you didn't use the voucher code. The email came because those of us who used the voucher with the offer were getting it £30 cheaper.. and the code had been forgotten and 'expired' despite still working at the checkout..

EDIT just read and noticed about the £30 pounds bit.. Hmm, weird. Maybe some of us just got to it to late

Got the cancellation email 10 mins ago.

They have offered to resell the tv, but when you go to the link it is £10 more than Friday's offer price.

Have telephoned them, and it would seem that all orders using the code have been cancelled.

I am awaiting a return call from a Manager !!!

Just spoke to Asda as my second order has disappeared. They advised cancelled due to invalid code. I asked if my first order was order as money has been taken off my card and delivery is for wed the woman said no managers are in the process of cancelling all orders. I asked for a manager and spoke to a senior manager who advised all orders using that code will be cancelled, money will be refunded and they will not honour. I am really mad as I probably wouldn't have found out today if I had not rung about the second order. Asda customer service are rubbish :mad: They also advised 5 working days for refund
