I don't think they've taken my money but it just says they'll refund you. Shocking really.

just had my order cancelled.. saying the code was invalid so no tv ,,, from asda..
i dont think anyone will get one of these as i was one of the first to order this tv and dvd combi ,,,:mad:

I ordered the 29" using the code yesterday and have received an email today saying it has been despatched and the courier will be contacting me to arrange a delivery time. The price is shown with the £30 deducted so fingers crossed it turns up!

If they have taken the money out of our accounts they should honour it IMO. How can a code be invalid when it works. They have probably realised their mistake and are now refusing to honour the tvs. I hope i dont wait in all day tomorrow and nothing turns up.

Thanks Dazza! I've just checked my order again and it shows the TV was put on the couriers vehicle this afternoon but as they havent taken the money from my account they might yet take it off again!

Having checked through their terms, I'm not sure if they have reason to cancel under Clause 8. Clause 8 deals with pricing errors. The price listed wasn't incorrect.

Just wondering what to do!
