I think it is easy to see why stu1011 got caught up with Yes Loans.

Still he would have given Yes a good old laugh as well as his £59.95.

Even the admin girl on min wage sitting in a solicitors reception would dismiss that pile if waffling tripe Stu1011.

Be honest now, your expansive legal team doesn't ANY legal qualification at all does it? And it isn't all that large.

At Yes Loan, we can now confirm that every customer who comes through our Cwmbran based call centre will no longer be required to pay a fee. As of 1st November 2011, Yes Loans no longer charges fees and now provide a loan brokerage service completely free of charge for everybody.

I admire the sheer stupidity that you have resurrected the very posts which warn people about your sharp practices.

Here's a suggestion - Why not back date your new policy, say, 6 years and refund everyone you hoodwinked into giving out their bank details for you to grab their money??

Your entire business has been built upon deception, but now you expect everyone to forgive your past??

Yes Loans - You can't polish a turd.
  • Hi there, i applied for a loan with yes loans and was told i had been accepted! i was told what my repayment would be and was also told that the money would be in my account within 7 to 10 working days! but i had to pay a £59.50 admin fee! so i ask if i had definatly been accepted for the loan and was assured i had been succesful and by paying the admin fee they would send out the paperwork for me to check sign and return and the money would be mine in a matter of a week! Great!

but then i found out about all the complaints and called yes loans to make sure i had been accepted for the loan! it was then that i was told i had only been accepted as a client of yes loans and that now they would attempt to find a lender! so i never signed the paper work and call ed them back to cancel my application and ask for a full refund ! i was told i had to ask for my refund via email which i did 3 times now but as of yet have still had no refund or reply!

help what can i do to get my money back?

i am actually in the proses of taking these guys to court, i actually didnt recieve no paper work and did not get offered any loan i just applied with them then the next week £400 was taken from my account. go to your solicitor

Good luck with that, I think you have 2 hopes of achieving anything, Bob Hope and no hope.

They were stripped of their licence last week and whilst they have 28 days to appeal they won't win.

I know someone who used to work for them * their MD's attitude is to get money off people as quickly as possible & be as slow as possible paying it back even if it means breaking the law as any fine he may get is less than he earns in interest on all the mony
