Is that fourth spot in Trafalgar Square still free?
Someone stick up a F**k off big sign saying:
Yes Loans are a broker.
Yes Loans do not lend money, they pass your details on.
Yes Loans WILL charge you a fee regardless
Because, no matter how many times on however many different web sites these words appear, mugs will keep on coming back here and crying their stupid little eyes out......0 -

Hi all, like the rest of you i have also been scammed by the robbin bast**** i applied for a loan with yes loans and was told i had been accepted! i was told what my repayment would be and was also told that the money would be in my account within 7 to 10 working days! but i had to pay a £69.50 admin fee, so i ask if i had definatly been accepted for the loan and was assured i had been succesful and by paying the admin fee they would send out the paperwork for me to check sign and return and the money would be mine in a matter of a week! All this was back in september they took the money out in the 15th!
Then i heard nothing from them for a week so called yes loans to make sure i had been accepted for the loan! it was then that i was told i had only been accepted as a client of yes loans and that now they would attempt to find a lender! i signed the paper work and sent it back, but still have not heard any thing, i have called them about 10 times but have not managed to speak to anyone yet and i always get put on hold, but no one ever seems to answer the phone! i am now sitting down to write a letter of complaint and will be using all the advice you have posted on here. thanks will keep you all informed0 -
omg i can not believe how stupid i feel for doing this without the research. i have basically done what everyone else has said i have paid £69.50 and i called today as still not recieved the money i'd asked for and was on hold for sucha long time. finally a man told me that they'll send out some forms for me and then when they are posted back to the lenders they'll make a decision within two days! i thought i had been told i was accepted for a loan hence paying them money i didn't really have in the first plc!! i feel sick. i shall try writing to them and see if i can get my money back and i am gonna try with C.A.B. if you have any other suggestions pls let me know.0

In reply to this first of all my wife made the mistake on 15th October, minutes after my wife told me they said they would take a payment a few weeks later it came out causing my pregnant wife alot of stress and bank charges as a result. We contact them wrote letter as they asked phones few days after they confirmed they received it and we would have payment returned 30 days later, we still have yet to receive money but have since spoken to two high up people who have assured us we will h e cheque by weekend! I will keep you posted as it looks like yes loans have kept to there promise and returned in 30 days. Keith cholton who was VERY helpful an sai call him between 9-11 which I did and Sarah who's number I have direct dial also help and escalated it for us. If I receive cheque I will happily post number but don't wish to upset yes loans who are a rubbish company but do clearly tell people about everything!0

I like everyone else in this post, saw the advert online for yes loans. thought great i'll go for that. called up did the application, she confirmed to me that i'd been accept for a loan of £3k quote payments to me, quoted an apr asked if this was affordable. I was like yes brilliant. She then said i just need to pass you to a financial advisor to finalise the loan for you and for doing this for you we will charge £69 to the debit card details you gave for your direct debit. I thought fair enough - as i read the terms & conditions and knew about the fee.
She then said if you dont want to go ahead, call back in a couple of hours or within 14 days and we'll issue you a refund over the phone. I was suprised due to the T&C's explaining you had to write in, so i mentioned it, and she just said thats only for fees we've taken. Any pending transactions we can void. Excellent.
Went through to this financial advisor who told me that the loan hadnt been accepted, that i would need to go to a loan company caled Everyday loans who would run me through a credit scored app. A little confused so i told him to put me back through so I could cancel as I decided not to go ahead.
Got through to some italian guy who wouldnt let me cancel after being stern and requesting several times he finally cancelled. I asked to be put through to someone to cancel the pending transaction. However only to find they'd taken the funds already and i had to put this in writing.
After reading the posts on here I decided to give Keith Chorlton a ring, he was actually suprisingly very kind and asked me to ring him on Monday morning and my funds could be put back onto my card that day, subject to usual bank clearing of about 3 working days.
So i will ring him again Monday morning and see how this goes. Will hopefully post back with good news. But we'll have to wait and see. I did read the T&C's but maybe should of done a check online first. Gutted.0 -
I don't want to sound like a broken record but, seriously, why would you PAY to get a LOAN?!?
Surely if you need a loan, you don't have money to spare!!0
