I wont go in to detail but im an ex worker of this company!
It is run by 3 brothers and all the managers have all been employed from within. Its a very young organisation, averaging 24 from call agent to managers.
I could tell you all their names and tellephone numbers.
They have one office in cwmbran/wales.
They have a new training group every week but only few last more than a few weeks.
Wefightanyclaim is another department in the same building owned by yesloans. All the bosses on that end are !!!!!!!!s/roid heads!!
Im all for bringin this company down... Ive got so much !!!! on them and could easily get a mate to smuggle a recorder in to record how corrupt they are.
Fk knows how theyve not been closed down yet.
Anyone want any info on them feel free to email me.
Oh i hear now that they make all staff sign all sorts of paper work when they start to say they wont talk about yesloans out of work ect ect! if you was a legit company you wouldnt do this !!!!! its only a matter of time!:money:0 -

I don't deny that they're an appalling company but in what way is the sexuality of their staff relevant?0 -

I sent this to yes loans I am luck my dad is a solicitor so I know this letter is legal and was confirmed by my legal team. copy it send it get you money back of those cowboys they are now been hammerd by the relavent goverment autorities.
Dear sir/madam,
I am now issuing a formal complaint and demand of money illegally removed from my account on DATE . I will inform you what laws you have breached and what will happen upon failure to comply in 14 working days starting from the date above.
I have E-mailed you on numerous occasions and sent my complaints via recorded mail and still you show no ability to resolve a criminal offence amicably and so this is the final letter before I instruct my leal team to commence legal proceedings.
I was NOT aware you charged a fee of £59.95 and as such was never looking to incur a fee as it is common sense I have no money so I am looking to loan money and there fore could not afford fees that do not reflect the cost and service you provide to the financially burden consumer and I demand that the fee be refunded immediatly and you pay all penalties that I have incurred from the illegal removal of funds the sum of £59.95.
Under section 75 of the consumer credit Act 1974 I am holding you liable for the breach of contract and all costs and damages incurred by the illegal removal of funds from my account on the DATE witch have caused me to default on other credit agreements and has caused penalty fees of my bank. under section 155 of the consumer credit Act 1974 a consumer is entitled to a refund (less £5.00) of the fee paid to a broker if for any reason the consumer does not use or benefit from the agreement or if the broker fails to complete contractual requirements 6 months from the contract agreement date or acts dishonstly with intent to decive and intent to aquire money through missrepresentation and not disclosing fees from the start of the contract is fraud and will result in imprisonment if found guilty to witch I have proof and legal advice that states in your case to be evident.
The other consumer credit 2006/2008 Act you have failed to abide to is the misrepresentation not making fees easley visible and illegal removal of funds from my account and not replying to complaints.
You have also breached (Distance marketing) regulations 2004 and the consumer protection (Distance selling) regulations 2000 by not replying to my complaints and not refunding the fee in the 14 day requirement witch resulted in the above breach.
Let me remind you that my legal team has informed me of the above breaches and after the 14 day period (starting from the date of the letter) I will bring this to the attention of a court of law and will exercise my rights to recover the fee and damages and to inform the court of your illegal activity.
This letter has been sent recorded signed for, for evidence if needed and as such I urge you to contact me immediately.
yours sincerely0 -

Great!
but then i found out about all the complaints and called yes loans to make sure i had been accepted for the loan! it was then that i was told i had only been accepted as a client of yes loans and that now they would attempt to find a lender! so i never signed the paper work and call ed them back to cancel my application and ask for a full refund ! i was told i had to ask for my refund via email which i did 3 times now but as of yet have still had no refund or reply!
help what can i do to get my money back?

F**k me, did your "legal team" check the spelling and punctuation before you sent it?0
-
Do you need to send the letter 3 times?0
-
The only sort of solicitor who could approve a letter like that would be found standing on a street corner with a short skirt.
Does your dad wear women's clothing?0
