Walletwatch, thank you for starting an unimpassioned thread on this.
For the record DD and I have spoken frankly and with courtesy by PM now. , I accept I misconstrued something.
He knows how I feel about what was said;)
Now the reason I'm bothering to post this is that my DH is coming home tonight and I'm not going to be around much (I usually only pop in when he's busy if he's at home) and I don't want it thought that anyone has said anything that has sent me stamping or screaming, off.
Many off you, most, use DBs as a diversion from work, for some people they are a lifeline. I enjoy this particular little outlet and would be very sad to lose it.
(and far to scared of the HPC people to go there instead)
Have a good Friday and weekend all (in case I don't pop back later.)0 -

They say banks wont lend at stupid multipliers again but as we all know banks are there to make money and one way or another they will let the borrower's get n too deep again.
Im trying to buy a house with my gf at the moment we've offered 10% below Aug 2004 (Jan 2004!) Unfortunately they bought it in 2004 so the negotiations are stalling. If they don't sell i guess we'll have a longer discussion in November.0 -

Good try, Walletwatch, but it doesn't seem to have worked.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
