well i ordered in my name on the offer and got charged 6 quid???!!!!!
and my oh got on and has been charged 2 quid??!!!!
and that is meant to be the 1p offer and free postage?!!!!!

Hi, Mine too were delivered this morning, charged £2.01p for 2. It seems that people who didnt use the free delivery code are getting their books for 1p each.

Mine arrived this afternoon, (rural area, don't ask!)
OK quality, but wouldn't have been happy paying full price.
Will however, grumble that my confirmation invoice stated 1p, yet my credit card was charged £2. I'd used the free P&P code before someone pointed out it wasn't valid with other offers. I'd not noticed it in the small print, but hey, a personalised book for £2, fair enough.
Do think that it's not quite the done thing to have charged the full amount without informing me first.

I ordered two and received two today, charged £2.01. Whilst I wouldn't have paid full price, for about £1 each they are great.

By the way, I did try to use the free delivery code

Ive been charged £2 as well, when I got confirmation it would be 1p. Surely you can dispute the claim with the credit card company ? Although I got my book and its well worth the £2..

Whats their email address?

I urge everyone to take this up with their credit card company - they are definately not allowed to take more than you authorised. This is the only way that you can stand up to companies like this.

Received mine this morning, only ordered the one. If I had paid full price for it I wouldve been disappointed, but for 1p + p&p, its a great stocking filler. Was impressed with teddy clock though, was expecting a little dinky thing, but was much bigger than Id thought it would be, my youngest is going to love it.

Got mine today too deff not worth the full price very thin book more like a pamphlet I suppose you are paying for the personalisation but for £2 ok
