Easy to let Avon become part of you, isn't it :)

Just call the fast trak number and press 0 to speak to an operator.

No unfortunetly, but OH went to his mums and took a brochure for her and one for sis-in-law and then when he finally got home he looked after the baby whilst i walked to the big 24 hr Asda even though it was raining to pick up the freezer bags. Going there allowed me to make a slight detour to my sisters aswell to leave a book with her. Then on way home i went the long way to scout out my exact territory for tomorrow so now i feel i at least achieved something Avony today! :o:o:o

Johanne, that was a good idea to scout your territory. I put off going somewhere for days because I didn't know what to expect from the area, in the end it was lovely!

Just came across a brilliant tip from the old Avon thread which may be helpful to newbies:

"I also put a card through the doors of those who ordered with a sample attached to the back to thank people and leave a reminder of the delivery date." - Elle00

Fantastic idea I thought, especially if you're doing one stop ordering. (Dropping a sample in with the delivery reminder about a week before you do the delivery and pick up the next book will give them time to go "oooh, I like that, I'll add it to the order". One hopes!)

oooh, and was chatting to mum last night about when she did Avon. She was a member of the President's club and top rep in her area. She said that 2 of her best customers were blokes. It makes sense after all, most blokes hate shopping! It's a lot easier for them to get a delivery once every 3 weeks! With that in mind I'm going to try and think of the best way to blast the blokes at work with some samples, plus suss if there's any bloke dominated HMOs on my territory and drop some samples in to them too.

And there's an interesting article here:
    http://www.uk.avon.com/PRSuite/press_hambleton_jones.page
which may be good for any newsletters. I know a few mates who worship Hambleton-Jones!

has anyone got an email address to contact AVON?

I just tried to register online and it first said my DOB didnt match their records.. and thinking i might have put it in wrong i tried again and its said "authenticiation attempts have reached the maximum number, please call" there was no number.... but i just tried "fast-trak" and was told there was a 25 minute wait!

    Hi Johanne

There is a fault with the new system doing this.
Emailing isn't the best way of going about things - it takes them DAYS and DAYS to respond.

As far as I know the best bet is to get hold of your upline or ASM to get it sorted for you.
