I notice that the stock indicators aren't working on the new website - that didn't last long did it :rotfl:
A couple of questions! If you have already submitted some returns and had them credited, but not yet given them to the courier, can you add another lot in the same box and just put the two barcodes on the box (and both returns forms inside), or do you have to do a second box. The call centre says they can both go in the same box, but I'm not too confident about their knowledge at this stage, and I don't want to be unpacking and repacking when the courier arrives  Perhaps someone has done it before and knows that it works ok?
Secondly, if I had £80 of orders and had claimed £20 credits, would I get commission on the order, or would it only count as £60 because of the returns? Again, asked the call centre, but I'm not sure the guy understood what I meant.
You see.....living proof that we 'old hands' don't know it all :rotfl:'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

Hi,
You can put any amount of returns in one box, even if theres 10 different print outs. Just make sure the driver signs all of them
And if you have £80 of orders and send back £20 you lose commison because you have only sold £60.Proud to be dealing with my debts

I'm with you on that one Jo - we're probably just wimps (I know OH thinks I'm mad for declaring it), but I'm a worrier where that sort of thing is concerned and find it less hassle on the whole to be all legal and above board
You may not earn enough to pay tax anyway - depends on your other earnings.
Any ASM who tells you that you shouldn't register is giving out dangerously wrong information. Any self employed work that you receive an income from needs to be registered, they give you 3 months. If they find out you've been working without getting registered you could be fined.
Like Elliebee says, you may not even earn enough to pay tax anyway. Who wants the worry of being 'caught'?
Katchambers knows a lot about this stuff, and did a huge post on it some way back. Basically about all the stuff you can claim against because you're working from home. Even down to if you have a dedicated room in your house to do Avon, you can claim against a percentage of household bills because that room is your 'office'. HTH0 -

Sorry for the late reply but thank you!! All worked out ok in the end, and I made a grand sales total of..........68 quid, oh well, onwards and upwards, hopefully this campaign will be a bit better and it will become worth while!!!!
You got orders! As has been said it'll build up to better. It may be worth spending a tenner on getting a couple of bargains yourself, then you're in the Commission Zone. Plus the commission will cover the money you've spent to bump up the order.
I bought 5 sets of the Lavender 5 for £5 (page 182, C16), the way I see it, knock off the 20% which is my commission and it's only cost me £4 for each set! Brilliant for Chrimbo pressies.0 -

Have just been catching up with the weeknends threads and have realised that when I signed up 4 campaigns ago, my ASM (who has not been in touch since!) gave me brochures for my first campaign, but none for the next one, which I had to buy with my first order. I thought my £15 administration fee was supposed to cover my first two lots of brochures, but I paid £6 for them :-(Married 19th May 2011 to the love of my lifeCross Stitch Cafe Member Number 44CSC Challenge - to complete LEGS by end of December
