  • I have been doing avon now since April and so far really enjoying it. Ive decided to try my luck with the absynthe moneymaker. How do you advertise them? Does anyone have a flyer they could send me to give me a few ideas?

    Thanks

Hi all, I am a new rep and keep seeing the moneymaker bits in here but can someone explain - to a really dumb person - what it is, I only have HT18 but should get HT1 next week in my order x

Here's a tip from my SL - put Avon books in your local gyms, obviously with Manager's permission, Bingo Halls... this seems to be working really well with some reps, and anywhere like this that you can think of.

Don't forget with the offer coming up in C17 for 99p for baby shampoo and bath bubbles, you could promote this to customers with little uns. Good time for them to stock up, or anyone making baby hampers or baskets.. these are nice and cheap in C17.

Gutted! Customer just emailed me an order for £29 the night AFTER ive submitted my order......

£10 of it is for an item i cant get out the brochure anymore too so had ordered off another rep... but i bought the wrong one so had to buy another... meaning in the end i was 50p out of pocket! Now i'll either have to:

1/ do an additional order and be £3 out of pocket but get the £19 against my sales
2/ buy off the customer site and be £1.50 out of pocket (cos i'll need to buy £1 item for myself to get free delivery) and lose the sales on my account and make no commission.
3/ OR tell her she will have to wait for her stuff for another 3 weeks.. get my sales, make my commission and only be the 50p out of pocket for the discontinued item... but then the commission will cover that loss.....

I did tell her the order dates in an email so she can go back for reference and see she missed it by a day..but still feel bad telling her to wait... feel like its bad customer service!:o

It's a hard choice, if they were my regular customer and put in a lot of orders, I would be inclined to do number 1.
