pinkbabe, you don't sound like a fool. You don't know if Avon have a process which must be followed for returns.

The only thing Avon ask is that you wrap it securely and make sure the barcode for your return is on the item and the returns form inside with the item. This is to make sure it is credited to your account.

Do you have any small padded envelopes (from freebies received ;)) ?

Or depending on how small the item is, an envelope, a box?

    HTH

Many thanks...... no one has ever told me what to do.... just done it on line and I have loads of padded envelopes as OH always selling stuff on ebay. :T

hun, you will get used to it. Naughty ASM though, should have sat with you and showed you how to put on your first order.

I sat with my Rep yesterday and showed her how to order, and told her when she has returns, I will go back and show her what to do.

I think when you are not used to something, you need someone to physically show you what you are doing, and they can check you are doing it right.

No one showed me how to do anything as my SL lives in Yorkshire and am in Lancs .....I just got on with it email and texting her for any help...... as for re canvassing every campaign..... I really don't think so..... what would be the point in that..... beggers belief doesn't it.:rotfl:

I don't recanvass people that have said no, just keep putting books through doors that haven't said no.

ASM's are under immense pressure to meet targets, so that is why they are all telling us to do this. Maybe we should get one to come on here and give us an insight into the life of an aSM.

    Hi LJC89

if you goto view my order, and then scroll down to the bottom, it will show you "show subtotal" click on this.

That will tell you how much you will have to pay avon and your discount.

the proof of payment thing is only if you pay at the post office.
