If you have the hard copy of HT, then you just place the order in the normal way, using the HT codes. If not, then you'll find that when you go to submit your order there will be virtual copies of HT (but not with the clearance section) on the page before you send your order.

Someone was asking the other day about the stock indicators being blank - it's just occurred to me - they don't appear until a couple of days before your order is due.

Hi. Someoen ordered from C14 I think - Christian Lacroix aftershave with free shower gel and some 5 day earrings (hearts). I have been round twice and they are lovely but they always say they have no money. The order total is £27. Can you send earrings back? I said I would wait the 12 weeks (I am too nice and they are lovely people) and then I HAVE to send them back.
Also, how long before you have to send the moneymaker back? Still not got an order for In Bloom and with Absynthe being promoted next I think I am going to send them back this campaign anyway, but in case I don't, is it still 12 weeks?
Oh, and can you return HT products? I got delivered and charged for something that I am sure I didnt order!!

I have just been signed up and am trying to put my orders on which I have done. I have some for c15 and some for c16. I put the c15 on and then put the c16 on but when I press to veiw the order it is not showing both c15 and c16 so will I have to submit these orders seperatly if I do will avon add the total together Help I though it would be easy but its not :eek:

Hi Sheena

you need to put both your orders on C16 campaign. Otherwise you will get charged for C15, delivery I think, and also you might not hit minimum order Value, MOV.

Goto the first page, select your order, select 16, select regular.

Then when you get to the order form, on the left hand side where it says 16 there is a little arrow to the right of it. Click on this, and it will do a drop down menu and you will see 15. So you can order all your C15 orders and C16 on one order, hit MOV or HOV, high order value and be able to see how much your discount is.

Have you already submitted your order? Please say no.

Sheena, you will also need to delete your 15 order or you will get charged for it.

Hi no i have not submitted yet thought id ask to make sure first your a little gem thanks will have another go using your advice phew i had a panick for a moment I though it would be straight forward. supose i just need to get used to it. Thanks so much

hun, you will get used to it. Naughty ASM though, should have sat with you and showed you how to put on your first order.

I sat with my Rep yesterday and showed her how to order, and told her when she has returns, I will go back and show her what to do.

I think when you are not used to something, you need someone to physically show you what you are doing, and they can check you are doing it right.

I know but i have done it thanks to your help, one more thing I have pressed to view order and it ahs not given me any commision on any products apart from the hannah montanna stuff whats going on there. My c15 add up to 43.97 and my c16 add up to 36.50 and I have also ordered a few stationary items.
