hellloo newbie here... so i have come to the end of my first week delivering cats and have a stash of orders = £305 worth exactly! now what? i sent off my form to my manager who is miles and miles and miles away. i need to do my orders tomorrow is that right? im a bit lost to be honest - can someone point the way? thanks ever so! :-)

Hi mrscmr, what date were you told to submit your orders by?

And have you been given your account number for online ordering?

If so, and you have been told to submit orders by tomorrow 10pm, then yes you need to log into your account, and put on your orders, click on save orders, and then when you have finished, press submit.

And then next week, next Tuesday, you will get your delivery at any time during the day.

When you go online, there is a really helpful tutorial on how to use the system and ordering.

It's a new incentive, that I only found out about through this forum and mentioned to my sales leader, who said, oh yes, forgot about that...lol.

You get one pack of 15 books free, so if you want more, yes you will still need to place an order for the rest.
Oh right! so they'll come automatically with my order?
I was already ordering 3 x5 packs of cat's, so 15 anyway, so might order 0 or only 1 :)

Also I've reached £190 customer's orders... what happens if it goes over £200 as I've heard that's what my starting credit limit is?

sorry forgot to congratulate mrsmcr on her great first order.

    You too, GemmaC25.

Yes, if you are on your 2nd campaign from next week, then your upliner, Sales Leader or Area Sales Manager, whoever signed you up, should bring them to you.

3rd campaign, if you hit £178, you get 15 books free. or was it 20? sorry, for vague answer.

Remember, even though you have got £190 customer order's when you put them online, you will have a discount against items, so this might reduce your actual COST of order, so it may not go over £200.

in other words, your order might be £200, but the cost, what you actually pay Avon might be £179. I know it's not that figure just using an example.

Ahhh right sorry I'm really confused.

I'm on C16... my first campaign.
My SL has already brought round my C17 brouchures.
For C16 so far I have £190's worth of orders... so will my C18 catalogues arrive free with my C16 order?

Sorry for sounding like a numpty!

Also I realised about my discounted thing with the £200 limit.. but what happens if I go over, would I have to pay straight away or something?

Thanks for all your help! :o

it means in stock, the only time you need to worry is when there is a big fat red cross, which means no more stock and don't bother ordering again. Like 2 of my items tonight.

i see.thanks for that.i thought the green tick meant in stock and everything's ok-nothing like trying to confuse us

hi aureol - i was told that tomorrow is the cut off date and that c17 starts then but i do not have my cats. i still have some c16 out there so i guess they will go into the next order window? i do not have my account number yet - i have mailed my area manager this evening and will call her in the morning! i am pleased with my order value - i dont know if this is just beginners luck or maybe there is an untapped market in my area!

    thanks all !

Wow you did really well in C10 + 11!
  • Hi,

I am an Avon newbie on my second campaign and so far am doing really well C15 £498 and C16 £610 :j with another set of books to collect in still! Don't know if it will continue or if it is just cos people in my area haven't seen a book for a while so are ordering big. Anyway at this rate I am seriously considering giving up my job (currently on maternity leave) and doing it full time. What does everyone think? Is anybody here a sales leader, cos what I think is why only get 3% commision when you can do an area yourself and get 25%?!

Have been trying to put an order in tonight too but have had an egg timer when I hit save for ages, anybody else had this prob today?

Have been reading everybodys comments and have got some helpful advice so thank you to you all!

It is a problem with Firefox, if you have access to another web browser you should be able to place your order with no problems!
    Avon Rep - C13 68.86; C14 259.29; C15 218.28; C16 268.42; C17 ...?
