Yeah its fine to put them all into the same box - even if you have lots of different returns forms (I normally do lol, think I've had them all, then someone else wants to return something!) - just make sure you put the same barcode number onto all the forms, and put the barcode on the box that your products are going back in x

  • While we are on the subject of returns...I have to return two tiny wee make-up items.
I don't have any boxes so is it ok to put them into an envelope and sellotape the barcode on that? Or must it be an Avon box? Ta :)

Doesn't have to be an avon box - I tend to save boxes from work and use them, as I can fold them up flat and just re-assemble them before delivery day to save on space.....an envelope should be fine - but I'd be a little concerned that they could get easily lost in a small envelope if it were me.....unless you could get hold of a small box from round the house?

  • Have just received my first Avon order, the driver was nice too and said he would leave it in future at the side of the house if I am not in and that I can leave any returns there...Have been throught the boxes but not tied everything up yet, although it looks pretty much correct...only problem is that as I had to cancel an order in the end and add to c15, there were a couple of things I was expecting but I obviously didn't order in the rush to get it sorted...oh well never mind...was only stuff for me so would have made this one even more expensive than it is already!!!

I have customer orders totally £128 and my bill is £191  and that doesn't include the 3 bottles of absynthe I ordered which will be billed in C17....

I am pleased to see that c16 and c17 have sale leaflets with them, hoping that these will go down well...

    Have a good day all
Starting with Avon C6 target sales £150.00

What mailplan are you on? Only reason I ask is that the later the mailplan you are - the worst chances we seem to have of getting items from the sale booklets - I'm K (the last mailplan is O I think) and with the last sale booklet there wasn't anything in stock out of the bits my customers ordered....so I'm not giving out the sale booklets to anyone other than family until after Christmas - I'd rather them order out of the main brochure and know it should be in stock!

maybe that's what we all need to do! Get our ASM's to come and have a look at our territory and how many houses have NO JUNK MAIL in the window, might as well add, aureol212 this means you and your Avon books....lol

My ASM told me from the start that the 'no junk mail' signs didn't apply to Avon brochures.. , of course it's not them on the street ;)

I have a customer - she had one of those signs, we left her a book anyway - but she didn't order the first time (hadn't even looked at it) so we didn't leave one again.....her next door neighbour ordered from us - and said this other woman had asked if she could ask me to leave her a book.....bit puzzled being as she hadn't looked, but we left a book - and she now orders every campaign!

In theory you should be trained like that - but I wasn't lol, it's up the asm and yourself really - if you get on ok after one then they might leave you to it. As for earning - you won't earn anything unless you have 5 reps placing orders, and team sales need to be £888 (including a £148 from yourself), but you can get fast start bonuses - £30 for getting 3 reps in your first 2 camps, and £50 for getting 5 within your first 3 camps as a SL. hth

Thanks lozza, wow £888, gone up a lot from £600! No wonder she said there were a few things she needed to go through with me! Ah well, will wait and see.. :)

  • Hi All

Just a quick question, how long do you leave book with customers I have been given 10 books (7 left) and I have until Tuesday 6th to put my orders in. I want to get as many orders as possible in that time so I can hit my target of £78.00 on my first campaign.

Another thing is from reading your posts most of you have already got all your orders from camp 15 and I have until next week so it looks like im behind every one else, can I submit orders 1 week early to try and get ahead becasue like it says above im worried my customers wont get all of there orders due to them already being sold out.

    Thanks
    :) New Avon Rep :)

    C16 - £91.00 :T C17 - £144.40:j
  • Hi Sheena
I only submitted my order for 15 on Thursday so I'm not due delivery until Wednesday - after that I will leave C16 books for approx 7-10 days (to maximise viewing - customer can show mums, sisters etc.).
It is up to you though how much time you want to give yourself :D
