:mad: very upset only had a £250 order and half of it was missing the worst ever, spent ages on the call center sorting it out have been promised my 20 plus items will be redelivered to me straight away, still no sign of it up online :mad: how could avon make such a mistake???????????????
and i was charged for the items aswell also i didn't like the way the indian man said to me on the phone are you sure they are missing? 3 times like i was lying about it or something, really made me angry if they r going to make mistakes like this all the time then its not worth the hassle for the little money i get.
no counting the phone call to the call centre, i should have asked them to refund me the cost

Hello,

I just submitted some replacements and credits on the website and asked for a imeddiate replacement. But now what do i do? lol. I read the help on the website but i am still a little confused. So i print it off and fill it in then leave it with the products. But then how do i know when the delivery driver will come? And it says that i have to put it in a parcel, could i just shove it in the avon boxes and tape up the top or should i buy one?

Lots of people return their products in the avon boxes - just reseal them with tape and its fine. If you aren't in when you delivery comes, just leave the parcel in your safe location and the delivery person will take the returns, and sign your returns form and leave your copy there for you with no problem - I'm often not in for my delivery and do this with no problems at all x

Its similar to being in the presidents club - they just give you the first 18 campaign of being a rep to become an associate, whereas presidents club is campaign 1-18, if that makes sense. Means you can get cheaper brochures!

Thank you, so i just leave the box in my porch from now until whenever it is collected? or should i just leave it out in like a weeks time????

They will be collected on the day that your delivery is made - they will deliver your order, and take any returns you have, so check up on the date that you'll get your delivery and make sure they are left out for that day x

Oh my really! even though it is an immediate replacement! Wow, my order arrived late so i had to hold the customers off and now they wont get all there items. The ones with items missing are new customers as well. Great.

No the immediate replacement will arrive in the post - usually comes between 5 - 10 days later, though I have known them to arrive within 3 days.

I meant that your returns won't be collected until your next delivery!

oh right! One of the replacements is due to me ordering the wrong product. Do i put this in a parcel and leave it in my porch or do i put it with the other products i have to return, so with the next delivery date. Does that make sense lol
