  • the clearance books are for C14 and 15 for normal reps, it is only trendsetter reps that would use them on their C17. hth

but is says that reps / trendsetters can order on 17 or 18....... why does it say that on the back of the book if i can order on 14?
it's nice to be important but more important to be nice!! :kisses3:
  • Hi girls,

Thanks for all of your comments. I went over to my SL's house yesterday as she was making no effort to come out to me (as she said she would) and picked up 20 C15s and 20 C16s. We're on C15 now so I can give out the 10 C14s I have left and the 20 C15s she gave me yesterday. I've orders 25 C15s which won't be here for another 4 weeks for some reason so don't think I'll be able to use them as there will not be any time left on the C15 campaign so that's a fiver wasted.

I'm just gonna have to go round 35 houses today if I can and try to give them out and put slips through the door if people are not in and hopefully will manage to give them all out. Will try to collect on Monday as my bloke will be in to have the children, but obviously being Bank Holiday creates it's own problems.

I emailed Avon to make a complaint about the lack of support and rubbish advice from my SL and complained to my SL and the Area Manager should be getting back to me next week. My SL did respond to my email saying that I didn't have to cover my whole area which I knjow you girls have told me, but that's the first time she's told me that so that's quite reassuring. I would really like to do it my way though and am still annoyed and upset about it but I guess I'll just have to make do and will put it in a complaint formally I think.

    Is it always this messy????

No its not always that messy, just at the beginning as you have only have a few brochures and a big round. In about 3-4 campaigns time you won't have to deliver to every house anymore, just your customers and people who have expressed an interest, so your round will be reduced down to 30-50 houses or so, and that is much quicker.

It will get better, hang on in there!

yours must say something different to mine then as mine states that : "representatives order online or on page 2 of your C14 order form or on section A of your C15 order form.

trendsetters order online or on page 2 of your C16 order form or section A of your C17 order form."

Bassibabes, I think you need to do your best with these first 2 campaigns and then as you are able to order your own Avon books, you will be able to manage your campaigns the way you want to. As everyone says, it will most definitely get easier for you, just hang in there. I started on C6/C7 and am now on C15, and have finally found my stride, got myself more organised and am able to look for customers outside of just my territory base, ie Drs Surgery, local chip shop, etc. I have also signed upto be a Sales Leader.

You will get there, it is just like any new business, takes a little while to take off, but when it does, you are flying.

    good luck with it all.

IM DEFINATELY ORDERING THE BUMPER BOX!!!! ive been yessing and nooing for the whole campaign but ive decided im doing it! i think its mostly curiosity. I can give stuff out as free gifts or use some as xmas pressies if i dont want them and i can pay half now half next time. its my birthday on my next delivery date so i think the other half of the reason is so i have SOMETHING to open that could be for meeeeeee for a change. I have justified it to myself over and over. PLus when i order free gifts for customers i always buy things I would like so now its out of my hands.....what comes comes...it will be a surprise!!!! I'll post on here a list of stuff so you know what kind of thing you get.

next: QUESTION. i have a customer who has gone away (it seems anyway) should i send the stuff back? or should i pay and keep it for a while? how long?

the thing is. the first time she ordered about £40s worth but it seems its the daughter (about 14yrs old) who orders and the mum paid but you could see she wasnt all that hapy about it. this time its £45, ive emailed, text, called, no answer and visited the house. when i called round the dad answered and said try next week cause shes out. so this week ive tried but curtains closed etc (holiday) what do YOU think i should do? i need to pay asap as i have to order in 3 days x

    Hi Phia,
Ive had the same thing, a teenager ordering & the mom having to pay - 1st time round it was ok, this time however the mom has asked me to send it back.
Im happier to do that as the mom also orders from me, Plus the daughter learns a lesson too!
If it was a small order I'd be tempted to pay, but not £45!
    Avon C11 £751.22! C12 £722.42! C13 £651.93! C14 £1180.37:j

Send it back and dont bother with them again, they are avoiding you, not worth the hassle
