I have just rung Avon about the footworks spray and it's from C11 where it was 4 for £4.99 and they can't offer me an exchange but have given me a credit. I assume I have to still send it back? Will have to leave it in my safe place as it's an aerosol. So she is going to have to buy another one, probably more expensive!!!

Yes if the;ve given you a credit so you would need to send it back. With them giving you a credit for it, you can give that amount off any order your customer makes for a replacement x I'm surprised they didn't send out another one tbh, I know it's out of the 90days but with it being faulty you would have thought they would still exchange it! Still a refund is better than nothing I suppose!

I know!! They said the system wouldn't let him do a replacement, the best he could do was a credit. He didn't ask what was wrong with it when I said it was broke!!

I have just started as a sales leader. i have read on another avon forum about a site called Intel. What is this? i can't seem to find it when i search.

I was told:

6 = Small
7&8 = Medium
9&10 = Large

I haven't heard of that one, but a really good forum and a place you can by leads is flissys.com
