    hiya, can anyone tell me the phone number for avon rep customer services please/ cant find it on their website

    ahh, made a mistake and handed out C14 clearance brochures with C13. Now some of my customers have placed orders from it, and I can't put orders on line.

    Does anyone know if I can order the stuff they want and maybe pay higher price and just swallow it?

    I've just moved in to a new area so got the area manager coming tomorrow to sort out an area for me. Hopefully I'll be able to increase my orders now! I have however picked up 3 new customers recently, it's amazing how word spreads!

    One thing I'm planning on doing with my next campaign (don't know if it's been mentioned already) is sticking samples onto a post it note and sticking it to the page it appears on rather than in the bag with the brochure. Hopefully it will draw more attention to it.

    Hi pinkcoxy, if you click on the user name on the lefthand side, it will bring up a small box with options. ie view public profile of pinkcoxy26 and send a private message. Click on send a private message (PM) and it will open a new page with a big box and you can write your email address in the main box with anything else. You have to put a subject too.

    I remember seeing a 'compare and save' flyer or something similar on the avon website literally just after I joined and before I really started to market. But it is not on the site anymore. Did anyone save it and would be able to email it over to me please?

    I had same problem. With 11 i had a box missing and couldnt get orders out before hols. Emailed them and told them what i had pais but as it was their problem and i was going away and couldnt get money would it cause me a prblem. Obviously ddnt have timeto get orders out and collect.

    Placed C12 early as due while away. Gets backand there an answer saying they have told credit control but it may still affect me getting my order.

    Most annoyed as couldnt do anything as i explained.

    Whats more annoying is returns. Everytime time i send something back via courier i kept getting recarged when date is up. Have to keep emailing to say then get one back saying we found it.
    Courier has said that they have had a change and returns are just thrown in and sorted when ever. Must be the last 6 or 7 campaigns i have returned stuff. They even recharged for something that was in a box with everything else. So must have it back if they got rest.

    Really not good enough. Anyone else had probs with returns.
