Can't remember tbh lol! I made sure they had at least 2 lippy samples, 2 foundation samples, lots of skincare samples if they had older skin (as had loads of anew samples!) and quite a few fragrance samples. It was a good way to use up all the samples I got for hitting the sales targets in my first 6 campaigns. Going for a £15 spend this time to try and up my sales a bit more - but you know how much your customers normally spend so judge it by that. will email you in a min xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

That's what we figured, saves "wasting" samples by giving people the wrong colour etc. hope it helps xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Right, I can now understand how confusing this whole replacements and credits thing is :P
Ok, one of my customers has given me back a footspray that was broken. I've requested an immediate replacement but do I have to give the broken one back, or what? How does it work? I know this question gets asked so often, but I'm still no closer to understanding...0 -
If you have requested a replacement for something that is missing ie "charged, but not received" then obviously you don't need to send anything back.
If you have requested a replacement for any other code, then yes Avon will be expecting something in return - when you submitted it should have come up with the option for printing a returns form? Returns are done via your courier, completely free, you just need to box it up, with one copy of the returns form inside the box (the other is yours, get the driver to sign it as your proof) and make sure you sellotape a barcode onto the outside of the box so it can be processed.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
I have loads of foundation samples but don't want to give the wrong colours to customers. I have been waiting and if people order foundation and I have that shade in a different type of foundation I give them it but I haven't sold much foundation so far...
Not sure if I will buy the vanity bag and samples, but the perfume one seems good in prep for Xmas!
Who is going for the Reese Witherspoon money maker? The sample says 60p - how many do you get for that?0 -
I really like the smell of the page out of the HT lol, but not going for the money maker, I sell lots of fragrances, but nobody ever really pays over £6 for one lol so I highly doubt they'll go for it lol! I've got a foundation sample request form if you'd like a copy? pm me with your email addy if you do and I'll send you a copy. Got ones for lipsticks, foundations, skincare, and then a general one for getting people to spend more lol!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Ok, so if I can't get my printer to work (it doesn't seem to like my new laptop...) should I use the returns book?0 -
Yep, just write everything into that -the same applies though with their being one copy to go in the box, and the other copy for you to keep xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
