Hi all,
I am new to Avon (well I am on my second campaign).
Just wanted to say hello and that I thoroughly enjoy being a representative.
Reading through the posts here has given me a wealth of ideas to expand my current market and their orders too.
Thanks.

Hi Guys
I had my delivery today - I stupidly ordered loads of camp 13 books (when I already have them) instead of Camp 14! Eeek what a waste of money. Can I send them back?
Also, I had a bubble bath spill over some things - is this when I order replacements? Also, how long will it take to get here? I've said I would deliver on Monday!!!
This camp has been so rubbish and now this. *big sigh*0 -
Unfortunately you can't return books - but maybe try putting them in the paper - if there is a sales leader near you then they may well buy them!
Yes you can order replacements when items have been ruined - but it will take 5 - 10 working days for replacements to arrive. What I'd do, is request the replacements - as IMMEDIATE replacements so that they come before your next delivery - and tell your customers that due to popularity they were out of stock when your order was packaged, but that avon are posting them out to you within a week or so as they are now back in stock.hthAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Hi
I like the idea of a prize draw to try and draw in new customers, desperately trying to boost my customer base.
I am signing up as a Sales Leader, but need to find my first signup. I can't afford to pay the £35 for Fliss at the moment, and not sure I can afford to put ad in paper, am going to ask all my friends if they know anyone who wants to be a rep, but is there anything else I could do for free? I know you can do the door to door bit....
What type of items do you offer in the prize draw?0 -
It isn't £35 for flissys!!! You get a free 2 week trial (though the lady that runs it has just gone on holiday so applications won't be processed for a while) and then its only £12 for a whole year! It is £35 if you want to get ICO registered for selling on leads yourself, but you don't need to be for buying them. That's how I've been building my team. Once you've finished with brochures you can do "expired brochure" drops through peoples letter boxes, good way of getting some use out of your brochures!

ah thanks Lozza.
how much does it cost to buy a lead?
And could you pm me the link please?
I have tried asking my friends on fB if any of them want to buy products but 2 are already registered Reps and 1 buys from someone already and the rest.... welllll lol0 -
Normally leads are sold for £6 - sometimes they are reduced to £4 or £3 if they have been on for a while or there is no phone number only address & email address etc - but for the most part it is £6 paid by paypal. It doesn't mean the person will definately join, but it is details of people who are interested - some I've bought just wanted to find out more, but the rest joined and I wouldn't have a team without them lol!
It is a great site, there are lots of documents on there too, and as I've pretty much trained myself it's been great for asking all sorts of questions as everyone is lovely!
