Are you on facebook? My upliner has a great group and distributes training videos via the group for ALL Avon members, not just her direct team. It's got lots of tips for reps plus sales leaders on it! http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=61172920664 is the link. Anyone is welcome to join! Would be great to see lots of you on there x

Hope that helps!

Hi
This must be the longest thread on the forum.
I have been reading through a lot of the posts and it seesm to be really important who you sign up with.
I want to be a sales leader as soon as possible .
How would I find out who might be the best in my area to sign up with ?
Thanks

Hi Nikki

You ought to see the pregnancy forums lo, we have a new thread every few weeks as we fill it up and crash it :j
Yes it's important who you sign up with. As you're in Scotland you might want to see if you can find Ross Craig http://www.join-avon.biz, he is absolutely lovely. He is an executive sales leader. He's not my upliner but he's lovely to chat with, and has a lot of time for you.

You may regret saying that LOL....even though I have been doing Avon since C5 I have so many questions roaming around in my head but I dont like to bug people.

I havent been doing too bad but need to get more of a routine to fit around me and my 16month old Son who I stay home with. I am looking to go into SL at some point but need to get my head around Avon first .
I dont think there is alot of information on SL on the Avon website but cant seem to find anymore ANYWHERE

I saw quite a few pages back somebody talking about a tips sheet and something else...do you know who had it or where I can get it - if somebody could please send it to me h.gilbert.1984@hotmail.com that would be great.

Where are you all from BTW...I am in Dereham, Norfolk but on all of the forums I have been on I have only found one that is about half an hour drive away from me...wonder if there is many more near me.

ONE LAST THINK (told you that you would regret it LOL) My ASM Emails me every month to remind me of the order dead line and lets me know that there is a meet/chat but I dont know if it is worth going to as it is about an hour away. Even though he says that it is fine taking my little boy...it may be hard work trying to keep him entertained whilst Im trying to talk :rotfl:The meet is in Soham, Norfolk.

Off out in a bit...speak later.

Hayley

This was my 2nd lot of questions LOL

Sorry I can't be any more help as I'm not a SL. I'm a couple of hours south of you so can't help with meetings either.

No! Not too many questions - just that no-one knows the answers! :D

what a day
avon woke me at 8am with my delivery
but everything was there that I was expecting but getting caught off guard I forgot to give him my return from last month, thank god I can return it next time :p

I need to be a lot stricter with my ordering, I have spent a fortune again this month.
£96 of orders and £25 of it is mine  although that said, I have got 3 things by for my niece's christmas and have got my sis in law a wee pamper kit for her birthday, Self made, 6 planet spa products and a hair turban and large toiletries bag.
will get her a bottle of voddy to go with it and her night is set :T
I also have a 30th this month for my cousin so going to buy a basket and make her up a gift basket with candles and toiletries and a bottle of wine.
so my outlay isn't too much and hubby can't moan about the amount I spent this month

anyway, starting to lose heart with Avon again, need to get my order dropped off elsewhere this month coming as I am on holiday.
Well it is the day we leave, so I either need to talk hubby leaving later or ask one of my neighbours ( who I don't know ) to take it in.
ach who knows
will stick it out till after christmas but if I don't have a decent return by then, I will need to rap it in as it costs more on fuel and time than I spend on products
this month I had 6 orders
2 under £5
1 under £10
1 @ £10
1 over £15
1 should have been £48 but glam box and candles have been delayed so ended up £ 28
not exactly show stopping orders.

oh well likely just a lull
Life is what you make it;)
