Does this camp get any more stressful?!?! Really don't think I will have enough time to get round all my territory, got people on different days, someone has returned the glam bag 5 mins after I dropped it off to them - how am I meant to return it? Might take next delivery day off to give it back, have so much hols to take. AND to top it all off when dropping a delivery off noticed an order outside someone's house - been there 2 weeks!!! They didn't e-mail or ring me. So looked through the latest cat and knocked off a few quid as a form of apology and going to bung a note through with some samples apolosing and asking if she still wants the order. Was too embarrassed to knock on the door!!! Done all my errands now, dinner in microwave and having a glass of wine - again!! LOL!0

Returns are really easy - find your barcode labels, and a box (or with the glam bag you could just seal it up in a plastic bag.
Go online, to returns, put in the item code, or the description (be as vague as possible, ie just anew or footworks etc) find the item in the list that you want to return. Enter the quantity, and the reason code (they are listed on the page) and submit. Then either print off the returns form, or write the details into your returns book. You will need to enter the barcode number (the last 4 digits of it) onto the returns form. One copy needs to go inside the box or bag, and the other copy is yours. Sellotape the barcode onto the parcelThe delivery person will sign your copy of the returns form, and you will need to hang on to it just in case as it is your proof of returning.
You don't need to be in to do returns, I leave mine in my shed (my safe location) and the bloke signs the form, takes the parcel and posts the returns form through my letter box for me!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

I started as a SL in campaign 10. Have 5 people in my team now (one is OH lol). You need to have 5 people in your team placing orders before you can start to earn, though there are things call Fast Start Bonuses for getting 3 reps in your first 2 campaigns (£30), and 5 within your first 3 campaigns (£50).
I work full time, and obviously still have my rep stuff to do as well, though OH is great and does more than his fair share.
If you have plenty of people who you know who would like to join then it will be a much easier start for you, but obviously you need to keep growing your team as people will drop out, be on holiday and so not place an order etc. This means you need to advertise, knock on doors etc to find people who would like to join. I have to admit I don't do knocking on doors lol, as I know how I would have reacted had someone knocked on my door lol. But, you can buy things called "leads" from a website called Flissys, which are the details of people who are potentially interested in joining. Obviously they won't all follow through, but I have found it invaluable in building my team as otherwise I wouldn't stand a chance. Joining is free for 2 weeks, and you can join even if you are only a rep - so it could be worth checking it out to get a better feel for things. After the 2 weeks it is £12 for a whole year, well worth the money to me lol!
Earnings aren't great to start with (not that I'm earning yet), but as your team grows so will your earnings. And as you get SL in your teams you will earn again. You can earn up to 3 generations down as you will earn from your SL team as well as your own, down 3 generations which is good. hthAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Hi, don't usually post in here, but thought I'd drop in and say hello. I am an Avon rep and have been selling Avon for more than 10 years now.
Currently, I'm on Campaign 12 and my order has to be online by 10 p.m. Tuesday. It's not been brilliant for me, but I have a few books to collect later, so hope there will be some more orders for me........RIP Marmaduke 04.02.11, MIsty 09.06.12 and Rufus 19.7.24 very, very sadly missed xxx

Hi there, was wondering if anyone could help?
I ordered a couple of things from my Avon rep last month (a bottle of perfume for me, and some aftershave stuff for my partner - Buy one, get one for £1 deal) and the little note in the catalogue said the products would be delivered on 10th/11th July.
I left the catalogue outside to be collected, and have yet to have my goods delivered. Is this normal for the delivery to be delayed? I don't think I have a contact number that I can get hold of my Rep on, which is a real shame as was looking forward to giving the gift to my partner, and having a nice treat for myself!TWBM 2010 Wishlist:

2. An MP3 Player for my Boyfriend
3. Some nice food!0 -
I'd say that with them having put that delivery date that unfortunately they have possibly left without passing the orders on. Orders aren't normally delayed, though it is possible that they have had family problems etc delaying when they will bring your order to you. If you still haven't heard anything by next week then I'd assume they might have left. Have they been your rep for long?Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
