I have it here, and it is nice although maybe a bit oily for feet unless you are wearing moisturizing socks and going straight to bed

Hi Lozza thanks for clearing that all up for me

I've signed up now, been given 40 c11 cats (he didn't have any c12 packs though have one to look through for comparing deals etc) and 20 c13 cats.

I queried the cash in hand and was told that most of their team didn't declare it but I said that I would be and he said they'd be able to help with that then.

They apparently have a really good reputation as they have won awards and stuff through avon so I guess they must be doing something right lol

Feeling quite optimistic now, have handed out some cats when picked daughter up from school and have a £13 order so far, not loads but it's a start (think I might be buying quite a bit myself as well though lol).

Princess W & Katie - I have a template for the little ticket that i use (it gives the delivery date too, so you can use order forms over and over).

i'm very peeded off today my sister had her order a few days ago £80 worth
said she would pay me today, anyway she went over this morning said she cant pay me ahhhhh she has a big bill to pay! so i will have to wait 2 wks intill she gets her next money!

i know she's my sister but i just feel angry she's treating me like this
as she know's i have to pay the bill, and as for commision this month i want get any! i use my avon commision to pay my bills aswell!!!!

I am wary of giving any family a big order, even my sister she is limited to £40-50 anything over that, I tell her a lot of it is out of stock at the moment.
I know it is cruel but it saves her or me being embarrassed when she can't pay the bill.

I do exactly the same with my sister, alot of the time she can save with buying from avon so i make her budget a set amount each week to pay towards her order

Hey I took the plunge and signed up as a sales leader this week (eek!!) and am just looking for any tips from you more experienced people, what to avoid etc etc.
I have one friend who has signed up and I have 2 more leads. I have an estate to canvass for a new rep too so hopefully that will be fruitful in C13. Have you got any tips for getting new reps? As I need 5 in the first 3 campaigns, but I'm not sure how I'm going to get up to that number...should I rely on canvassing?

As most of my friends are a bit erm..lazy...so don't want to do this sort of thing. They also get it confused with door to door sales people and think it's degrading etc.

I NEVER give orders out unless i recieve the cash at the same time. Even to family.

My family know when their order is due, occasionally they will say i'll pay you on friday etc and that is when they get their goods, that way if they don't / can't pay at least i can send the items back to avon for crediting back to my account.

I suggest you get a little tougher with your sister, in future NO cash NO goods.
I also find that this hurries people up in paying as some are so eager to get their hands on their products they have to pay but once you've handed over the goods they have no incentive to pay.
