Avon Hints and Tips (Part 2)

I don't have much to say at mo. working on C12, giving out books tomorrow. have 2 orders already - one from regular customer and one from childminder.

I'm back from my holiday and i have spent all day doing my avon, getting orders ready, prepping my cats and getting stuff ready to start recruiting reps as im now a sales leader, i feel i have done a 14 hour shift today but i'm enjoy it.

Im gonna made a really big effort to get a massive order in C11.

Although there might be a bit of a dip as there isnt anything i want so i'll lose a sale there, lol.

Currently training my first downline Sales Leader and starting with my second tomorrow so hope to be at advanced fairly soon! Made a grand total of £75 from 18 reps so it does make me wonder WHY I put so much time into it - but hey I enjoy it and that's what counts.

Currently on C12 as am in Mailplan A - so hope everyone is going okay with C11, which seems to be a pretty good campaign!

Just wondered of those of you that have bought the new loyalty packs do you recommend them? I have been doing my own cards but thought I might try these next.

i am just starting out, was given one set of roads locally including mine which are already covered, i then have been given another 3 roads only about 36 houses and im sure i spotted another avon catalogue in the hall of one of these houses, im getting really fed up now, any ideas how i can find out what roads are really vacant as the person in charge of my up line manager doesnt seem to have a clue!

Busyb I get my loyalty cards tomorrow. I ordered the C12 books 2 campaigns ago so was ready to distribute when C11 ordering done.

Will post when start issuing and see what feedback is like.

greytdog,feel for you. that must be so disheartening.

have emailed my ASM for more territory, not heard back, has been suggested I knock on doors of areas I am interested in and ask if anyone doing avon...

Thanks. You are way ahead of me I don't submit camp 11 till 8 July so wont get my order until 14th.

Contact the ASM for your area they should be able to sort it out better than a sales leader there are problems at the moment. I have had someone deliver to one of my roads luckily my customers told me about it. I have e-mailed my ASM it could be that she has been give the road by mistake or that she is just a wanderer:mad:

One of my reps was given a road to do only to find out someone had been doing it for months it just hadn't shown up on the system. It is very annoying and upsetting and a company as big as Avon shouldn't have these issues:rolleyes:

Hi all! I'm just starting out with Avon and i'm going to make my first delivery of cam 11 books tonight - however i'm a bit concerned that i've only been given 30 books for a territory of just over 300! :rotfl: I live on an Army married quarter estate so i'm hoping response is gonna be pretty good! x
