How irratating - just sorted through my order....one item is missing (though not too bad as was giving it to MIL as a freebie so I'm sure she won't mind waiting)....but they've sent the wrong colour of something else! so much easier to empty all the boxes and work on it all on the one go, order by order.
Make up one side, Smellies the other side and in the middle other stuff ( jewellery and clothes etc )
so much easier, the worst part is looking for colours of eyelines and lipliners etc hunting the boxes for the details :mad:
I am a bit of a diva when it comes to doing stuff, it gets done my way or no way. Hubby is just pleased he works when my order gets delivered as he gets peeved at my dining area being over taken :rotfl:Life is what you make it;)0 -

My order came last week and one of the items is damaged (eyeshadow box broken and all the powder cracked). I'm not sure what i need to do, i have ordered a replacement online but do i need to send the damaged one back?

Yes if you have ordered a replacement you will need to send the damaged one back or you may get charged for both. xx
Evening allC9 was a bit rubbish but today I have received 2 orders from work and 2 orders via text, totalling £69 :T total order now just under £350 and placing it tonight so not bad. going to start re canvassing my territory with C9 this week and hope I can tempt new customers with the Oasis watch :rotfl:

Don't post much but always have a lurk..
Can someone help me? When my last order was delivered it was missing one bo, so the next day I reordered the items that were missing. Then 2 days later a box turned up with the missing items and then a few days later ANOTHER box turned up. I am just doing my returns but I don't know what code to use as the ones I am sending back haven't been charged to me.
any advice ladies?

Just a quick question guys, see the "ultimate gold emulsion" samples, are those the anew ultimate night gold emulsion of money maker fame? :P It's probably a really stupid question, but I hate not knowing -exactly- if I'm ordering the right thing...
Also, do you know if there are samples for the derma full facial filling cream, compared to the serum in brochure 10 (pages 68/69)? It would really make sense if there was, then people could actually compare them0 -
Evening all
Well went out to collect some catalogues this evening and I am might peeved. I got told off by one customer who said that she already has a rep, that delivers to her and she knows for a fact that this is her territory:mad: This is the same territory I have been having problems with since day one. It seems the middle of my street aren't interested (think this is where she delivers) so I have decided to stop delivering here all together. It's not a huge loss as no one has ordered from me from this area.
I got the girls full name and was given the story that she has 2 children so I shouldn't be taking her area as it's not fair to her. I told the customer that I have double checked with my SL and I have been assured that there is no rep assigned to this territory, so it is in fact mine. I explained to her that maybe she has her down as friends and family, but doesn't actually deliver to the whole area. She told me she knows she delivers across the road too, would make sense as it is the same area where I was previously told there is a rep going about there.
I am so damn annoyed by this. This is only my third campaign and I have had 3 different reps on this territory already. How many bleeding times do I need to check that this is my area?????:mad::mad: I was so annoyed, I honestly felt like I was in the wrong. If this girl is doing this part of my territory and has been doing it for ages, why the hell has she not told Avon????? Instead she makes people like me feel like crap, I am only doing the area I was assigned, yet she is the one that has taken it upon herself to branch out. AAAAAHHHH, I am so angry!!!!
