Avon Hints and Tips (Part 2)

Hi Everyone

Haven't posted on here for a while but have been browsing now and again.

Well I finally decided to take the plunge and become a Sales Leader. I start in 2 weeks time as wanted to finish the Betterware so I could give it my all. I also work part time 9-3. I already have 2 definite ( my OH and one of my sisters) and 2 possibles ( a customer and my son's girlfriend) so just need another one to make my 5. My AM has said she will take me out knocking doors so that should be good. My order should arrive today with my business pack (fingers crossed) so can't wait to get home from work later and have a look. I see a couple of other people on here has also started as Sales Leaders so good luck everyone.

Ooo another sales leader - it's nice that so many of us are starting at a similar time - I'm we'll be able to help each other along the way!:j

That's really good having so many people who want to start - good luck with it! I'm waiting for my pack to arrive, it was ordered on Friday and I paid the £2.50 for it be delivered so I guess it might come by the end of the week?

Definately register on flissys, it's really useful, lots of documents on there, a helpful forum and of course you can buy leads on there too! It does seem to have a lot more for certain parts of the country, but I figure it works out at £1 a month after the free trial, so will be worth it if I can get the odd lead of there!

I ordered business cards, a stamp, and window stickers off vistprint last night, we did really well, only had to pay the postage on a lot of it! Even convinced OH to put one of the stickers in his car! Figured it was worth a try!!!:p

Well it is delivery day here for me, my order is usually here before 8am
so my bags are prepped and waiting, my dining table it empty waiting and I am sorted.
Hope to get it done nice and early before my 3yr old gets up :rolleyes:
Fingers crossed everything is there.

The weather has been magnificent, long may it last.
hopefully I can spend the day in the garden again

My delivery comes today as well! Though I'm at work so had to clear a space in the shed! Will keep me busy sorting & bagging everything when I get home...along with sorting the rest of the books out for OH to deliver tomorrow. Was going to do it yesterday but the printer threw a fit on me lol!:rolleyes:

You have lots of stuff coming for yourself don't you? I've got some suncream coming which is probably just as well!

I love the weather too!!! Hope you get to spend the day outside!:D

Morning all, it's another wonderful day here too:cool:, sitting at work with all the fans on right now!

So I forced myself to deliver more cats yesterday, I didn't really want to go delivering so I left it until later when it was a bit cooler. I now must have over 60 cats out, so I am hoping I get some orders tonight and Wed when I collect.

My one and only male customer called me yesterday and said he would be in at 5pm today to get his order, and that will be the majority of my orders delivered, only 2 left:T

It's great that many of you are becoming SL's, I am still going to give it a little while, still trying to get used to my territory and haven't started my new one yet.

I ordered loads for myself
originally it was for my freebie box but tbh 30% of it has ended up in my makeup bag and my bathroom cabinet :rotfl:although I did pick up a few stocking fillers for Christmas :T
All orders are sorted and bagged, just waiting on delivery now but that will be down to DH to let me know when that will be

I am going to get shorty dressed soon and head out to sit in the garden.

I'm amazed at how quickly my freebie bag went down. I decided that orders over £30 would get a free gift this campaign (£20 to work colleagues) and I had over 10 free gifts to give out!!! I now have to buy loads more to add to my freebies. I noticed there is quite a lot in the 99p section so I think I will use that to fill up on. Will they continue to do these daily deals?

Daily deals end on the 8th June
But there will be deals in all the brochures.
I have just browsed through C12 and it looks a good one.
They are doing the anew treat bags again when you spend £15 or more on anew so looks good.
plus the make up is all on offer, the 99p deals there is loads too.

I really wish the daily deals would stay though, it is great to be able to get some of the products cheaper every day. I have ordered quite a lot from them already. Am very interested in the Antler glam bag deal:rolleyes:
