You could order the C17's with your next order along with your C18's? You'll be a few days behind on getting them delivered thoughSmall business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0 -
Haven't posted on here for ages....but Avon are driving me up the wall!!
They have totally messed my account up, sending me loads of books I didn't want, not crediting me for books i've sent back, or products i've sent back etc. Basically my account is a mess and I don't know whether i'm coming or going!!
So anyway after lots of emails going back and forth (I refuse to ring as they keep you waiting for ages and then they're so unhelpful - this is the english people i'm talking about.) they email me to say as an apology they will send me a free gift. How nice you may think. But guess what, they've only gone and charged me for it!!
What an absolute joke!! So they have caused me extra problems now, having to email them asking them to credit it!
If there was ever a reason I quit Avon, it'd be because the customer service is without a doubt the worst I have experienced in my life. I hate the lot of them. I absolutely hate emailing/ringing or basically having anything whatsoever to do with them!!
Okay rant over...:D:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy

Well ive contacted ASM again and will wait for a response for now, but will try to get those houses allocated to me, so there is no confusion. Ill give Avon a call next week and see if I can get a swap of ASM or something. Thats been my intension all along, to try and get somewhere as ive had no luck from ASM. My own areas accessible houses are already covered by someone and i have stepped back immediately when I knew this. (they arent actually allocated to that person, she just does them due to them being neighbours).
Onto something new. With winter drawing in, and darker evenings, whats everyones plan for getting books back/delivering orders? Putting books out one night, I kinda thought, going to peoples houses, opening gates and such in the dark, it might startle people if they arent expecting anyone? I'm not working at the moment so daytime is possible for me but not the best time for catching people - any tips or advice on this? I guess its ok if you know the people well on your territory but for some of the newer reps starting out?
I was thinking about that tonight. I did not enjoy brochure dropping in the dark, mostly because it's so slow, as I have many houses that aren't interested I have to look at each number to find out whether I have to deliver there or not and check on my call back etc It's difficult to write in the call book as I go along in the dark.
So... I think I will brochure drop and collect in the day, then collect any brochures that were not left out early evening 5-6pm when it isn't so dark. I'm leaving calling cards now when brochures arn't left out and am underlining the words 'please leave outside, hopefully that will increase the amount of brochures left outside.
My advice for all women in general is to always let your family know what road you are going to, and approximate time you will return home, also taking a mobile with you. I always leave a note for hubby telling him where I am going and when I will be home, better safe than sorry.

also i forgot to add, i didnt get asked how many customers i had served!!
RE: previous post, when i did avon years ago before i had my daughter in with my xmas order they sent me 240 bottles of perfume, their mistake! I had to accept the delivery cos it came in with my normal order and was all mixed in and they wouldnt fetch them back till after xmas! They tried to tell me it was my fault! then refused to send out my camp 1 order cos i owed them so much money for the purfumes they had refused to collect until after the new year!!! avon can be really crap at times!!0 -

Aside from my day off I don't have the option of delivering thru the day but I'm quite lucky that a) I live in a reasonably safe area (touch wood!) and b) OH will kindly help me deliver books or wait in the car where he can see me if I'm collecting them (he says collecting them is too girly lol plus he's quite the Punk so would probably scare old ladies if he turned up at the door in the dark :rotfl:)Small business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0 -

I left calling cards at 8 houses yesterday and got 4 books (+ 1 calling card lol) back today ... I have lost soooo many books though, started off with 35 C15s and down to about 20 now and can still use them next campaign :mad:Small business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0 -

I do that too ... it's a tiny little spiral notepad I got in tescos... perfect for my avon rounds. Bless my mother, she always used to buy us 3 daughters a diary each for Xmas but stopped buying me them a few years ago as I had no use for them. She mentioned it today whilst looking at the diaries in M&S and I said that I need one this year for Avon organisationSmall business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0
