Is it just me, or does anyone else think the personal match mineral powder foundation, doesn't look full? I looked at it earlier and the pot seems to look as though it wasn't filled properly.

Just come back from picking up some other books. I got 4 more orders so now am up to £213.80 worth of customer orders.

I don't think that will get much higher but once I have added my books and other stuff on then it should get to my £250 target for the car comp.

There were some people not in but I can't keep on going back, especially with the flats as I can't even get in there if nobody is at home.

One guy was so rude. I politely asked for the book and was told that they never had one put through (I think so, I did it myself!!). After he had shut the door I heard him say 'bloody Avon, told her we'd never had a book. Ha ha'!! Needless to say he has been crossed off my list!!

Are you sure you are allowed to use this image? I know we are discouraged from using logos on anyhting we print/hand out

Well I did think about that, but my sales leader said they were great and didn't have a problem with the logo so... dunno... I didn't want a really girly logo as I'm not very feminine, I'm quite scruffy! - trying to improve :p so I liked that one. Also I guess it's unlikely I'd get into trouble unless someone contacted Avon and let them know? Surely they shouldn't complain if I'm flogging their products for them! but I know what you mean...

...anyway I'm following that one up with a plain black-on-white text with plain border flyer which is to prod anyone thinking about buying from me into making an order! Something like,
'Did you know that you can send back any Avon products that you decide you don't like, even if you have used them, up to 90 days after you buy them? Avon are certain that you'll love their products but, if you don't, you can get a full refund just by letting your representative know you're not satisfied, and all without leaving your house!'

    - any opinions on this welcomed :)

I'm also going to go for the one-drop approach that's mentioned in Hello Tomorrow, does anyone do that here? Thanks :)
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

:eek::eek::eek: How many houses do you have? xx

    Hi Melvis

I started off with about 125 houses then after a couple of camps was given another 200 so if you take off the people who don't want books or buy elsewhere I have about just under 300 houses. Me and my other half have worked really hard putting books out, picking them up, going back to people not in etc.

Part of my new territory seem to be Avon mad which is really good. I can't believe how many orders I have got this time. Am now thinking omg my house is going to be full of Avon next week. I have booked the day off work for delivery as my neighbour usually takes it in for me but with so many boxes coming (fingers crossed) I thought I better be here myself.

This is my 4th order so should get some more free gifts for hitting my target. :) I can't remember what it is this time.

Anyway hope everyone else is well and had a great weekend.

I also thought about doing the one stop drop but not every customer orders every time so would still have to go out to give them another book. I thought I might put a note in asking if people would prefer the one stop drop or do they like having their next book in with their order. The only thing is if some like it one way and some prefer the book in with their order it could get confusing.

My C6 order is a lot smaller than usual this time. I have to put it in today even though it's not due til Friday but I'm going away tomorrow. Some of my regular customers haven't bothered to order at all this time. Oh well, that means they might need even more next time ;)
