i need to collect my books in today, i put on my slip that went in with the books that id collect today, but ive got 'suspect measles' ekk im not meant to go near anyone. that and i hurt, i hurt something shocking, when i walk it feels like my ankles are going to snap!!!
im going to have to ask hubby to fetch them in :eek: <--- that will be his face when i ask him :rotfl:0 -

One of my customer has bought a fiorelli bag from the last campaign she has opened it and used it but now doesnt want it as it doesnt hold as much as she needs. Can she send it back? What reason code would i have to use?

I haven't even been properly signed up yet though! A lady is coming round to the house on Tuesday to go through everything... it's taking so long for that day to get here!! Though I did get a welcome letter from Avon along with a copy of C15 (I think, the big one with U on the front), and was getting excited flicking through and smelling pages! I'll soon find out which area I'm in and let you know.

That's cool coz if we are ever in a bind and need a brochure/order form or whatever we can lend them to each other, I was desperate for some order forms yesterday and my sales leader is still on hols, you could have come in handy if you had already started! Good luck with it all and if you ever need help or wanna get together for a chat that's cool.
I was just like you, so eager to get started that I couldn't even wait for avon to assign me someone, so I cheated and looked on google for a sales leader in MK and she came round and signed me the next day, just as well I did that because I didn't get a call from the one avon assigned from the website until 11 days later!! I already had 3 customer order by then!

That's good melvis, since I hadn't heard anything on the first day I thought, 'sod this' I'm gonna find a sales leader, so looked on google found one and was signed up the next day, which I'm glad I did as I said before. Guess all ASMs are different, mine takes too long obviously, I think that is a lesson for sales leaders, ring your leads straight away, coz most of us are too impatient to wait.

Yes it should be fine to return this. My ASM has told me Avon accept everything back except from underwear and earrings for hygene purposesProud to be dealing with my debts

No problem Dee - your customers have 90 days to return anything they don't like, even if they've tried it (which is worth using as a sales pitch - you'll find very few customers do return). I'd use code 65 - 'did not like for any other reason' which covers a multitude of sins and is my 'default' one if nothing else seems to fit the bill!'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

Definitely! I find it works two ways - not only does it give them the confidence to try something, knowing they can send it back if they don't like it, but it reinforces faith in the products generally - Avon must really believe that the products work if they are willing to stake a no-quibble guarantee on it!
I'd try and get them to exchange, though, so you don't lose your commission... a bigger bag, maybe? The Antler one is nice!0 -
Thanks for your advice i think she has decided to get a different one so wont lose out on commission. I must remember to get her to give the free gifts back to.
