Not been on here for ages! Still struggling to find new customers or get any new territory but need to get myself a bit more organised for existing customers.

Also thinking, time for a new thread? This one is huge!

Is anybody else able to see the stock availability online? Normally by now it is showing the green ticks, orange dots etc when viewing my order - but there is still nothing!!! Tried on a few computers so I don't think it's that, wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same?

My stock indicators came up yesterday as normal (order is due tomorrow). Having said that there was one item marked out of stock yesterday but not today, so don't be too quick to write on the customer order

Ah brilliant, maybe I just need to give it a few more days then - order isn't due until Tuesday but normally there is some indication by now. O well, better be patient lol!:D

Just viewed my invoice online (delivery due tomorrow) and have quite a few items out of stock. First time that this has happened, will pen a little apoligies note. picking up my books from first drop on terrirtory tomorrow night for C7 fingers crossed xx

Fingers crossed for you I'm just worried about stock levels, as I had a new customer order 3 shower gels from the back of C5 in the sale section and have a feeling none of them will be in stock, which wouldn't be so bad but that is all she has ordered so don't want to let her down on the first order in case that puts her off completely!

got a bag to return not a big bag do you think it will be ok to return
in a brown envolope dont want to put in box just for that does any one use brown envolpes in stead of boxes thanks;)

Avon salesleader you go girl, it's not your fault sfter all that the delivery company haven't delivered, and you did offer to help. I have just placed my second order and yes it has been tough getting orders at times, but thats just the way it goes and my second order is better than my first. Some people obviously don't read things carefully because I don't think liz3yy has realised she will still be liable for her invoice and her admin fee.

just sent an email to my asm as she didnt return my phone call about having more houses but dont hold my breath:rolleyes: i now she will say ive got enough
but as she can see with what ive been making she will no im struggling than in past.
