They haven't chosen a shade from the shade selector page 68. There are 4 shades to choose from.

One of my customers did that, and with the gloss stick too... So I just put the codes in for the ones that are actually showing on that page ie. Natural Peck Lip Gloss and Glossy Pink Gloss Stick from the shade selection pages. I figured that's the ones they were looking at so that would be the shades they wanted and not a different one... I can always re-order if they're wrong...

I had a customer not pick a shade too with the "in a wink"... so i popped back when passing the next day and asked her and like the others have said id thought right.. it was the one shown on the page.. she didnt realise there were other choices....

This will change in the next few campaigns (C9 i think) when they are going back to the format of C5 permanenly which shows every shade option on the actual page next to the product. So it should stop problems like this :)

It's funny how it always seems what you haven't seen seems better. C5 brochure sounds like it had some really good offers in and a better layout and that was the one I missed as I went straight from C4 to C6...

It is nerve racking and I've been doing avon years. I am recanvassing my territory and have just been given some new streets too and I am so nervous posting books:o I think someone is going to run out of the house waving the book at me not to come back. I can't decide whether to go in the day when less people at home or at night when it's dark although I did that last night and as I was walking up peoples' driveways the security lights kept coming on:eek: . I must add no one has ever chased me and nothing bad has ever happened just had the odd snooty person who " doesn't do avon" .
Oh well just need to pull myself together. Books don't earn you money sat at home.

i'm glad there are others who feel exactly the same as me. I almost run away from the door after posting through !

do you know what I really hate? When they watch you walk up the drive.

I really do not like that. my camp is still going pants! Got some more to collect tomorrow then the rest Sunday.

I really am dissappointed. I know you can't get good orders everytime but only a couple is terrible.

Quick question since this is my first camp. When I deliver the goods, do I give them the bottom copy of the order form?

A lot of my customers used to be Avon ladies so they keep the bottom copy but I put it in with the other orders xx

Well thats it, I give up being a rep and I only signed up a month ago :(

My delivery which should have arrived on Friday still hasnt come, no call from the courier either. Yet again I have to tell people they cant have their goods and one of them is a Mothers Day present!

I'm angry and dissapointed and will be emailing all my customers details to my ASM so she can contact them to explain why they have been let down as I dont see why I should have to again.

Bye everyone, I tried but Avon isnt for me

I've had people not putting codes to....one lady ordered a foundation, no mention of a colour or a code so had to knock and ask her! Had 2 people this time as well putting codes that didn't match the colour/description they had put so had to ring.....luckily one went to answer phone as it could have been a little embarrassing - she had ordered a feminine wash but put the code for the spray (OH was laughing so hard, men eh!) so had to leave a message to check which she wanted. Do people get many orders for this range of products? Had somebody order them last time, and again this time!
