im sure i have the answer to this in my head somewhere but...
if u back order from camp 5, but its only a couple of things, and you do your main order from camp 6 does it count as 2 seperate orders or the same one? and does it mean your commision comes from just the camp 6 order? the more i think about it the more i confuse myself!!
thanks x- Kitty xx0 -
Well I'm picking up my 17 brochures i've left at neighbours houses tomorrow. Bit nervous! My mum has ordered £24 worth of stuff and mine has now gone up to £25 but it does include presents for mothers day and my friends etc as well as much needed shampoo and conditioner (i'm using samples i have left over at the moment!!)
I hope I get enough orders from neighbours to make the minimum. I'd love to make it to £148 but not looking likely as I didnt have enough time to get the books out to the whole estate. My sister is still going to order though and shes a bit of a shopaholic lolVirgin CC: [STRIKE]-£374.70[/STRIKE] -£384.39 | Barclaycard: -£2016.05 | Egg CC: [STRIKE]- £781.13[/STRIKE] -£1450.28 | M&S CC: [STRIKE]-£980.40[/STRIKE] -£1026.29 | Natwest CC: -£1,605.60 | Tesco CC: [STRIKE]£1,567.10[/STRIKE] -£1334.10 |

My ASM has finally emailed me the details of territory available in the nearby village.......116 homes!!!!!! I only have 40 brochures to cover C6, this will be interesting....
Don't worry it can be done! As someone else said, also use C5 books if you still have them that way you can get the best use of your books, & it doesn't matter as much is you loose them - plus it gives you more opportunity to back/forward order to get yourself extra money/freebies
If you don't get round all your houses this time, don't fret as on your next campaign you can give those houses C6 and the houses that you did cover C7 books, again letting you use your books twice! Saves you having to buy as money which means more profit!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Just delivered all of my territory orders and they were all in and paid straight away
. Ok, I only had 7 to deliver but I thought that was good. The lady that ordered the most (over £30) said that her daughter was dying to look at the new book so fingers crossed they both order £30 worth next time
. I've got another 3 orders to get money for but they are all friends and family so will get it at the weekend.
The lady with the bracelet was a bit disappointed that it was out of stock but was very pleased with the free jewellery box that I gave her to make up for it (I got it free anyway and didn't want it).
I also put out 74 books and covered one of my new roads with C5 and 2 of my old roads with C6. There were flats in my new road. Luckily one of the blocks had the secure door open but the other didn't. I pressed the 'trade' button on the intercom but nothing happened. I was going to walk away but the stubborn streak in me thought 'that is 6 possible orders!!'. So I pressed the buttons until a lady answered and asked her if she wanted to see an Avon book (put it more politely than that!). She said no but did I want her to let me in anyway!! I delivered to the other 5 flats but just left her out and crossed her off for next time.
Going to pick all of them up on Monday and then redeliver to my other 2 roads on Thursday next week as I have the day off.
Emily x
You've done really well - I had only lady down the road from me who had completely forgotten and hadn't got the £5.50 on her so got to go back tonight - I understand about not having money on you (I'm a sod for that myself) but I did put a letter through last week saying what day & time I was coming along with the order amount! Still, at least it's not far to go. Another ladies to deliver tonight as she emailed last week to say she wouldn't be in on Wednesday - and one to deliver Friday, bless them, they popped a note through a door yesterday asking if I could come on Friday as their payment cheque was late and wouldn't clear until then. It is a bit of a walk as well from theirs to ours so thought it was really nice of them. They could quite have easily just ignored me at the door last night lol!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

It will count as one order - so you don't have to worry about commission it goes from the total amount. I had to ask when I started as I wasn't sure either!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
well I am not doing as well either.
Spoke to my ASM last night re territory as I had lost 30 homes to another rep. An no I cannot have anymore as the 120 homes I have is enough. She was honest and said if she gives them to me then she can't sign anymore reps up. Fair enough. She said give it untill I have done 7 camps then If I am managing ok she will give me more. Only other option is to sign up my other 1/2 but he is not keen because of his tax.
Been trying to deliver my orders. One lady had 1/2 of her order missing and replacements will not be sent. Suppose that it an issue with being on the late mailplan and using the sales cats. And I still have got 5 to deliver. I will try again tonight. It is all my big orders 4 are over £20.00 so i need to get them. I really wanted to make quite a bit of money and I am keen to work hard but looks like that wont happen.
This time is have ended up having to pay AVON £10. as my commission didn't cover the 2 sets of cats and my 50% admin fee and the other bits I had ordered.

Is anyone else finding that with the new style order forms people are either putting their name & address in the wrong place or worse, forgetting to put it on at all
I'd only ever had one mystery order until the advent of the new forms, but I've had 3 in the past few weeks. I think because there is something written at the top of the form already (ie reps name), their attention isn't drawn to an empty space. Not much point in telling Avon - I have the feeling that any such comments end up on the cutting room floor
BTW - Moneymaker (if you are still lurking) how is your ankle now? I remember you broke it while you were doing your Avon round just after I broke my wrist.'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

I agree about the order forms. Much better when customers had to put names at the top as you could see it sticking out without having to open the book. I also find that the sales flyers don't fit in the new brochures very well.0

yeah im having the same problems too.. customers forgetting to put their names on or putting it in the wrong place and also not being able to see if i have an order when collecting straight away if customers put the form back in the book - i have to stop open each bag and pull each form out to check...
I always sneak out of sight to do this though because i feel cheeky checking outside the house i just collected it from incase i look like im just interested in how much money i might have made and so impatient i cant wait:rotfl:
Does anyone here has any beige shimmer Anew lip plumping lipsticks? 2 customers have ordered them but they are showing out of stock and one of them is for a customer who i had to let down last campaign with a £10 ANEW youth awakening lipstick!! So i dont want to let her down again...0 -
what's the average amount of houses you generally get when you start out? it's been years since i last did it and have just signed up again but i've been given 33 houses.i've been told i can ask for more but that's bloody ridiculous0
