Avon Hints and Tips (Part 2)

Well, just went round the remaining 19 houses that I couldn't get the book back from today and only managed to get 6 back so will have to go back again tomorrow night but that is the last time. I'm going to print out some notes tonight saying that I called to collect the book and if they wanted an order then they will have to email/call me with it by 6pm on Wednesday. Some people were clearly at home :rolleyes: .

Still, out of those 6 books I got 2 more orders :j . One was a really sweet old man who was ordering shaving stuff, bless him. Another lady said that she would definitely be ordering next time and another house a guy said that his OH had taken it into work and that he would get it back from her for me to collect tomorrow. Might be lots of orders there so fingers crossed.

Still have 54 houses that I have to collect from tomorrow night so maybe I will get to the HOV. Anyway, my new total is:

I was wondering, on the website there is an option for me order brochures for C8, is it worth doing that just yet or should I only order C7? I'm on C5 at the moment

Keep at it! I was a little despondent last week but now I'm up to £120 and still have 33 brochures to collect this week.

I've been offering a free gift with orders over £10. The sweet old man has ordered over £10 so I need to get something for him. Do you think he would be offended if I put in a free roll-on deodorant as they are £1.25 on the brochure?

I think thats a great idea, I wouldnt think he'd be offended after all everyone uses deodorant....I hope!

You only need to order C7 books with your C5 order, then C8 books with your C6 order and so on ... that way you'll always stay ahead but only need to pay out for one set of books at a time
