You only need to order C7 books with your C5 order, then C8 books with your C6 order and so on ... that way you'll always stay ahead but only need to pay out for one set of books at a time

My ASM has replied, it seems she had emailed me a list that was out of date, doh! I have another 70 houses roughly in the village nearby to try. I have less than a week until I have to place my order which I dont think is enough time so I'll leave them until C6.They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Has anybody ever used the Nail Experts Soft Cuticles Warming Scrub or the Nail Experts Mira-Cuticle Vanishing Complex?
I get dry skin round my nails (have to wash a lot at work, and though I wear gloves it still drys my hands out) - and wondered if either of these would help? I do moisturise as much as possible, but you know how you still end up with those little bits round your nails!!!
I have such a bad habit of biting those - not my nails... so I've ordered the warming scrub and it should come today... I'll let you know what it's like!!0 -
Well my order should be coming today... no idea what time so I've been awake since 0630, and believe me that is not like me!!
I've not done anything since I put my order in due to work so I'm in a mad panic now sorting out a newsletter to go out with my order deliveries and the C6 brochures...
Think I need to get a bit more organized. I know I could have had some brochures out by now but I've been waiting for the order as I want to put free sample of the Bond Girl perfume in with them all as it's got the offer in C6. Going to be a rush to do 60 houses with under 20 brochures!!:eek:0 -
One of my customers at work has just bought me her order and mentioned that there are no ladies deodorants in the C5 brochure. To be honest, I hadn't noticed. Does anyone know if they have been discontinued or are likely to make a comeback?

I'm not too sure, they have been in the clearance and sale leaflets quite a bit lately so it could be that they have been discontined. Hope not as i use the sensitive oneLife isn't about waiting for the storm to pass,it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -
Thanks for that. I'll check my clearance and sales leaflets when I get home.

I've just done a spreadsheet for the money I'll have to collect when I deliver my orders... Because I've given 10% off for first orders (which is all of them as this is my first order) and I've ordered a few samples/brochures etc. The total money I will get in my hand is... £8.62!! And no doubt I've spent more than that on stationery etc...
So - my advice is, don't offer 10% off if you're starting out... I think in hindsight I'd have been better offering it off with a minimum order, or offering a free gift... Thought i'd done really well getting £275 worth of orders... :doh:0 -
Thanks for drawing attention to that, I hadn't noticed. Having looked at book 6 I can't find one in there either (aside from the 'feminine' one).*
I was surprised to see some game cards on my C5 invoice - I wonder if that is the ones from several campaigns ago (about the year dot), or is there something else I've missed in C5?
No-one actually missed them, so I'm sure it will come as a surprise to get them now! Maybe I'm cynical, but could the prize draws for which people have to register on the website in order to check if they've won, be an underhand way of getting customer's names and addresses so that they can be contacted direct  I don't know about anyone else, but I wont give Avon anything but customer's first name & door number as I regard everything else as confidential and wouldn't give it without my customer's permission.
For my C7, I've decided to do a random draw for 5 mystery gifts (the goodies box is well stocked, and I have a couple of spare bags too). Everyone who doesn't get a gift will get a mini Twix bar as a consolation prize. Anything to keep them interested
* The deodorant issue - sorry. crossed in the post, so to speak!'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

Surely they would not discontinue a whole range af womans deoderant??
Seems odd. Then again I would not put anything past Avon at the mo.
