They seem to be missing from C7 too
Maybe they will appear again soon with a shiney new label - hopefully anyway

I have such a bad habit of biting those - not my nails... so I've ordered the warming scrub and it should come today... I'll let you know what it's like!!

My order has come!!!
Questions for you experienced AVONers out there...
1, Does it always come so badly packed ie. just loose and chucked in a box?!
2, I have only been given one sales leaflet for C5 - what are you supposed to do with it? I can't put it into a brochure....??
3, I ordered a returns book and it says that it's included but I can't find it? I have the returns labels but not the book.. Will I definitely need it to return an item??
Ooh I'm starting to panic now...0 -
Don't know about all of the points - but my order did come badly packed to, I had a couple of boxes which were ok, only had make-up and light items in, and then a box with heavy bottles of bubbles bath & shower gel in - but also some make-up, so their boxes were a little battered!!!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

However once it's rinsed my fingers do feel a little dry so you'll need to moisturise after. Hope that helps! :rolleyes:0 -

1, Yes
2, Don't know - there is usually 1 for each brochure you've ordered. Suggest you just ignore it and put out the brochure. Your customers won't know whether or not there is a Sale book. Who knows, you may even be able to do a little 'creative ordering'
3, Don't worry about the returns book - you shouldn't need it as you can do everything online. Keep hold of the labels with the barcode though - you'll need those.
Before next time, get yourself a presenter book (a plastic book with clear pockets inside - available from anywhere that sells stationery). Put your orders in address order into the pockets of the book. Immediately, you'll find it easier to see what orders you have.
Start with the smallest orders, then work up to the largest - less stuff to sort through when you get to the 'biggies'
Tick each item on the customer's order as you find it and put it into the bag. At the same time, tick the invoice.
It helps if you very roughly sort your boxes, ie shower gels and any other large bottles put to one side. Make up in one box; toiletries in another, gifts & bonus bags in another. Doesn't have to be all that accurate, but it just makes stuff easier to find and in handling it you'll get familiar with what is there. It doesn't help that, when you start, you're not used to what everything looks like - that will come with time.
Above all..................DON'T PANIC MR MAINWARING :rotfl:'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

Bless my mum, she has put in an order of £22.75
. This puts me up to £116.50. I feel a bit better about reaching the HOV now. Also got £9 towards another free handbag.
Going out in the rain later on to collect my other books. I better get some orders.

re the Warming Cuticle Scrub.... I have just tried it and it certainly does get rid of all those little bits of dry skin on your cuticles. I'd suggest soaking your hands first, pushing cuticles back then dotting a little bit of scrub onto each fingertip and massage in...
However once it's rinsed my fingers do feel a little dry so you'll need to moisturise after. Hope that helps!
TaI discovered this afternoon that apparently I had a cuticle scrub in a gift set at Christmas that I'd put away and forgotten about:o .....so might go for the vanishing thing instead this time - but that scrub does sound good for in the future

Well done - hope you get some orders from the books you're collecting - have you managed to already get yourself a free handbag? I was pretty pleased, manage to get myself one, one for my Mum, and then was £1 away from another one...so bought a nail file in order to get my sister a bag to lol!
Was surprised at someone who spent loads on make-up, but didn't order the bag.....I've ordered it for them and when I popped the note through at the weekend I mentioned on it that they had qualified for the bag, so I'd ordered it for them & to let me know if they didn't want it. I guess perhaps they were in a hurry and forgot to write it on the order, it would seem odd to not claim a free handbag, even if you didn't like it surely you would still have it so that you could give it to somebody else! They hadn't got in touch so I guess they do want it lol!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
