    HI everyone,

Really annoyed, ive had someone poach 2 streets off me including my OWN street. what makes it worse is i think she has now taken some of my brochures, also she is not writing any rep details on the order apart from her first name which is not readable, also there is no delivery date either. Im so angry as im concerned she is giving me a bad rep as today she just stuffed the brochures though the door leaving all most all of the letterboxes open! I put so much effort into my avon all my details are printed and thn stuck onto the top of the order form i also do tips flyers and samples!!! GRRRRRRRRRR

My orders for camp 6 have been aplaling soo far im sooo angry as im guessing she has taken some of my orders!!!!!!!!

What makes it worse my last two orders were over £250!!

    :(

Well done - hope you get some orders from the books you're collecting - have you managed to already get yourself a free handbag? I was pretty pleased, manage to get myself one, one for my Mum, and then was £1 away from another one...so bought a nail file in order to get my sister a bag to lol!

Was surprised at someone who spent loads on make-up, but didn't order the bag.....I've ordered it for them and when I popped the note through at the weekend I mentioned on it that they had qualified for the bag, so I'd ordered it for them & to let me know if they didn't want it. I guess perhaps they were in a hurry and forgot to write it on the order, it would seem odd to not claim a free handbag, even if you didn't like it surely you would still have it so that you could give it to somebody else! They hadn't got in touch so I guess they do want it lol!

Yeah, I've already got a free handbag. Needed a new one anyway. Will probably just order something for myself if nobody else orders any products towards the free bag. My mum said she wanted one and my sister got a free one with her order anyway. :D

I think sometimes people just presume that you will remember to order the freebie anyway.

OMG thats awful!!!! I can't believe how many avon rep's seem to do this, from previous posts - you would think people would take pride in being a rep, and not be so evil, especially taking your books & possibly orders to!!!

Did she/he deliver you a book? If so, then they probably haven't been given your streets in error, as I got told about a rep on one of the streets I was given (not sure why she doesn't want her own street, as I think she does streets coming off from hers) so that I didn't give her a book.

Let's just hope she/he gives up soon or that your regular customers realise it isn't you taking their orders & refuse to have the products from her!

How bad is the weather?! Hope it's quieter tomorrow when I have to deliver all my stuff. I've now got no orders as yet for C6, 18 brochures to do 60 houses in 15 days and most my last orders were work ones. This is not going to be good campaign for me...

I'm hoping the weather will be better tomorrow too, I have 25 brochures to collect. Fingers crossed I get at least one order to make it worth going out.

  • Right need your opions fellow Avon ladies and gents. :D

As you will now I'm moving yippee. I was suppose to get the keys today but they haven't been handed back from the repair team yet so should get them tomo.

Anyway, should I email Avon tonight about my change of address or just leave it till I get my keys. All my order and delivery dates will be changing (even though I am only going 10 mins down the road) so want to make sure the change goes well. :o
  • Why do avon let everyone become reps? I'm sure they would get a smaller turnover of reps if people weren't constantly having new people in their territory. Thankfully the woman who has just restarted near me put a little note in saying that if they're already 'my' customers then just to return the book. I had 3 people tell me that they don't want to order from me because they want to be loyal..oh well!
I thought I could drop in to see her and ask if she wants to do a joint avon party, invite both our customers and then split the profits (hopefully!) what do you think??

I am drenched :p . I managed to collect 85 of 97 brochures all together so I didn't think I did too badly. I put cards through the 12 houses that I didn't get answers from with my details and saying that any orders had to be in by 6pm tomorrow. Out of those 97, only 9 said they weren't interested.

I also collected another 4 orders tonight totalling £55.95 :j :D . One lady ordered £30.50 worth of stuff - I could have kissed her!!

So my new total is: £172.45. There are a few bits I want to order myself so this should go up a bit, but I am really pleased with that seeing as I only had a week and only did half my territory.

Now the fun bit - working out what I want to order ;) .

I see that some reps have classified ads on Ebay, has anyone here tried that and if so did it generate much interest and more sales?
