In the next few months we are having new mapping for the allocation of territory for Representatives. It is all being centralized through out the whole country. So Sales Leaders will be able to obtain territory from the central point. For me to import all the right information I need the help of you all, I need from you the roads you cover and the house nos of your customers (I do not need names of your customers) how often if ever you recanvass your area. If you decide not to give me this information I am afraid Corby and myself cannot deal with any territory issues you have in the future, so your co-operation in this mamouth task will be much appreciated.
What a load of carp. :rotfl: If your AM was doing their job properly. they'd know what streets you're doing, so it really annoys me when they ask for these details. I've never given this info to my AM, but if you feel the need then only give your AM streets. Don't give her your customers. Tell her you cover the streets you were allocated when you started.
If you only cover half of a road (say just 'odds' side) then tell her that, but not each individual number you go to.....your customers may end up with a knock at the door asking if they'd like to become a rep themselves as they like Avon already. :rolleyes:
Oh and as for not being able to deal with territory issues....I thought that's part of what she's paid a salary for and why she drives around in a company car!:p0 -
Yay - got my first order for £16. Ok, it was from my sister but it's a good start
.
I know that I have got another 3 orders coming my way from my auntie and 2 of my mum's friends so I am hoping that these and my sister's order will make up my MOV or at least £50.
Oh and my sister spent £16 on make-up so I already have £1 towards a free bag for myself.
I'm on the website now too so I am going to put the orders on as I go.

Well done everyone.......you're all doing very well, she says, sounding just like Old Mr Grace from 'Are you being served?' (showing my age there
)
Following the suggestion from someone else on here (sorry - can't remember who, but thanks!). I decided to give all my C5 customers a spare brochure for a friend or relative. I used the sale flyer bags to pack them in - just the right size so makes a neat package, then put in a note saying 'Not seen an Avon book for a while?............etc'
Happy to share the note if you want to PM me your email addy. It's nothing wonderful, but might save you some work!'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

Something similar to what ellibee has done was on the letters online section of the rep site.... but they use the avon paper bags and staple them shut after including a note and a few samples. So that could be an idea if your like me ... I always end up ripping the sales leaflet bags open so dont know how any of you manage to reuse them

It is just me, but are avon a lot slower these days. I always return any items for a refund at the first opportunity but that last few times i have been recharged and then they been refunded a week or 2 weeks later when its been processed. I'm sure it never used to take that long.Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass,it's about learning to dance in the rain.0

:rotfl: Some will just pull apart reasonably neatly, but otherwise I just cut the top
WOW! Just opened my Sunday Express Magazine to find a 3 page spread all about Avon....they kept that one quietI suppose it can't do sales any harm anyway

Afternoon all,
What do you guys do about homes where you deliver books but they wont leave them out and also never answer the door? I've been back to the same couple of houses 3 times and still have no joy, should I not bother with them?They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
